Roni Loren is one of the well known American authors of the romance genre. Many of her romance novels have become national bestsellers in the list of the New York Times and the USA Today magazines. In addition to the romance genre, Roni has also written a few novels based on the erotica and contemporary genres. Author Roni is best known for her successful novel series, Loving on the Edge. Along with that, she has also started writing one more novel series recently, which is known as the Pleasure Principle series. Roni says that she was very much fond of reading and writing romance novels right from her childhood days and attempted to write her first ever novel when she was just 15 years old. At that time, she used to think that it was very easy to write stories about boys than talking to them actually. Although, author Roni thinks that her ability to flirt with the boys has not improved since then, she seems quite content that her ability to tell stories about them has become very good.

Before going on to become a full time writer, she completed her graduation and obtained her master’s degree from the LSU in the field of social work. After that, she worked for some time as an assistant in one of the mental hospitals in the city as well as giving counsels to the birth-mothers as a part of her job as the adoption coordinator. Author Roni even did the work of management recruiting as a part of her multiple jobs. But, she gave up all this after a short stint during her early career and began focusing on the development of her writing skills. Being born in New Orleans, United States, author Roni believes that she will always remain a New Orleans lady at her heart. However, she lives in Dallas nowadays along with her husband and her son. Whenever she is not busy with writing the sexy stories of her latest novels, she can be seen trying different things such as watching television, cooking, gardening, or taking some other hobby in order to keep herself engages. It her own terms, she believes that she likes to procrastinate like a boss. Author Roni Loren has been privileged to be nominated for the RITA Award for one of her former novels. She hopes that she will win a prestigious someday in her literary career and likes to keep her fingers crossed till then.

One of the successful novel series written by author Roni Loren is titled as the ‘Loving on the Edge’ series. This romance series consists of a total of 8 novels and 12 novellas, published between the years 2012 and 2015. The first novel of this series was published by the Berkley Heat publishing house in the year 2012. It was titled as ‘Crash Into You’. The plot of this novel is set in Dallas, Texas, United States, and revolves around the happenings in the lives of the main characters named Brynn LeBreck and Reid Jamison. In the opening sequence of the plot of the novel, Brynn LeBreck has been depicted as dedicating her entire life in helping the women stuck in crisis. She had never imagined that her social work would become too personal for her and would take her where she had never thought reaching ever in her life. During one day, Brynn comes to know that her younger sister has disappeared and is not found anywhere. After a little while, she learns that the police are suspecting her to be hiding at a secretive BDSM retreat as she is also on the run from her criminal enemies.

The secret hiding place is believed to be a place where the people of the elite class reach to in order to fulfill their most extreme fantasies, mostly related to sex. In order to find her little sister, Brynn LeBreck decides to go undercover as one of the sexual submissive. However, she faces difficulty in entering into The Ranch as only the invited guests and workers are allowed to enter into it. In this situation, Brynn is able to think of only one man from her dark past who can get her in quite easily. The second novel of the Loving on the Edge series written by author Roni Loren was published under the title ‘Melt Into You’. It was released by the Berkley Heat publishing house in the year 2012. The plot of this novel is also set in Dallas, Texas, and revolves around the lives of the primary characters named Jace Austin and Evangeline Kennedy. In the opening sequence of the plot of the novel, it is shown that Evangeline has started a new life along with her fiance, who is a well known celebrity. She has moved on after running away from her family and from her previous boyfriend who had broken her heart. She already knew that her fiance was interested in males when she got engaged with her. Evangeline was hoping that she will meet someone to fulfill her sexual fantasies at The Ranch. However, she had no idea that she is going to meet her old boyfriend named Jace Austin there. He has grown into a handsome man now and extremely irresistible. Evangeline finds it very difficult to resist her temptation onwards Jace as well as his friend Andre, who is equally handsome. But, she seems to stick to the ‘no strings’ rule, just like them. Evangeline knows that Jace is not good at following rules. Also, both Andre and Jace seem to be willing to fulfill her fantasy. Both the men appear as facing the dilemma between taking the big step ahead or going home. And none of them wants to miss the chance of spending a night full of fantasies with Evangeline Kennedy and go home.
