Aparna Verma is a published author. She is known for writing books in the fantasy and science fiction genre. Readers may know her from writing The Ravence Trilogy.
Aparna attended Stanford University and she graduated from the university with her honors in the arts and a B.A. in English. She self-published her book The Boy with Fire in 2021 which was published later on by Orbit Books in 2023 using the title of The Phoenix King.
When the author is not busy writing, she enjoys lifting heavy weights and says that arm days are her favorite. She also likes to dance to Bollywood music, ride horses, and find cozy cafes where she can read some myths from the ancient worlds.
The author was born in Rajasthan, India. She then moved and grew up in the United States.
