Since then she has kept on sharing her love of art and pastry together and has a following that continues to grow.

She has been known to reside in New York City with Baxter, her beagle mix. She likes to spend any down time that she has teaching herself how to play the ukulele.

She is a biracial author who has Puerto Rican heritage. Jaclyn has been madly in love with fantasy ever since before being able to walk and describes herself as being ‘forever drawn’ not only to magic but to the impossible too. If it comes with high stakes and intricate world building, she’s automatically in.

She enjoys a strong romantic subplot and if it’s very complicated then so much the better. She likes to spend a lot of time when she is not writing practicing her archery. She also likes to watch television shows and movies and deconstruct them. Jaclyn resides in Tucson, Arizona. She shares her home with her son, husband, and their two dogs.
