Build the Perfect Bug Out Survival Skills: Your Guide to Emergency Wilderness Survival is a 2015 book by Creek Stewart. You may have heard of survival skills, but what do those involve exactly? If you’re interested in learning how you can survive out there from a disaster and want to be prepared and know what it involves, this is the perfect book for you.
Surviving a disaster often comes down to not panicking, but it also can come down to what you have done to prepare beforehand as much as it does your natural and learned survival skills. Having necessary survival gear is going to make a huge difference if or when you really need it, because you’re not going to have the time or maybe even the available cash or reserves to go out there and get it all. In the heat of the moment, you don’t want to have to trek out and get the right gear– just as everyone else is doing exactly the same thing.
Having survival gear on hand is great, and certainly gives you an edge over everyone else. You also need to have the proper knowledge to go along with it because if you don’t have that then the gear is not as useful. This book is going to instruct the reader on the essential wilderness survival skills that they need in order to make it through a bug out situation or an off the grid scenario.
By picking up a copy of this book, the reader will be given the information that they need and learn how they can meet the four core needs of survival. These include water, food, fire and shelter. You will be able to do this without needing that much equipment. Photos with lots of detail and instructions that take the reader through things step by step will allow the reader to master each skill.
This book also comes along with certain things. It has detailed instructions for survival skills that do not need that much gear and are reliant more on primitive tools. It also includes step by step photos that are able to show the reader easily how to accomplish techniques such as shelter construction, knot tying, fire building, and setting snares and traps. It also contains the type of advanced knowledge that is truly useful and could end up helping you out and those around you during a serious emergency. It always helps to be more prepared– check out this book and make sure that you’re ready for a disaster down the road by getting a copy of Build the Perfect Bug Out Survival Skills: Your Guide to Emergency Wilderness Survival!
Survival Hacks: Over 200 Ways to Use Everyday Items for Wilderness Survival is a 2016 book by Creek Stewart. Readers may get a kick out of this book and find it just as entertaining as it is useful.
The Seattle Times commented that while the majority of readers might not find themselves in the situation of needing to make a ‘gas mask from a soup can’, if the need comes up, you can figure out how to make a cooking stove out of a packet of ramen soaked in alcohol to making a fishing lure ‘from the shiny bits of your Visa card’.
By picking up a copy of this book, you can take everyday items and transform them into the survival resources that you need when in a pinch. Most of us might not be prepared if we needed to survive in the wilderness, but if you were randomly in this situation, you might have more on hand to work with than you might think. This book proves that from a survival expert who has tested many of them in the field.
Creek Stewart shares with readers his collection of easy to follow and practical tricks that will help you take regular objects such as soda tabs and plant leaves and transform them into amazing survival tools. It’s a completely unique guide that goes over the small things and the large things in turn, from using sticks and rope to fashion a table to making a one person emergency shelter out of a garbage bag or how to purify dirty water with just the sun and a plastic bottle at your disposal.
Now you can be prepared no matter where you go with carry kits and pocket sized survival kits so that you have tools on you so that you can survive. It’s always a good idea to be prepared for an emergency as it increases your odds of survival.
Survival Hacks is one of those tools that you need with you and in your personal library so that you turn the odds in your favor. Check it out and see all the tips and tricks Creek Stewart has to share!
