Then the production crew doesn’t show up at all– which you kind of need in order to film a television show. Then another one of their crew comes to a violent end, and all of a sudden their numbers go from ten to nine and everyone is very freaked out and no one feels safe.

Not only does the group have to contend with the fact that they are now stranded with a dead body, they also know that they don’t really have any way of trying to get to the outside world. The group is further surprised when they start getting messages from a ‘Sponsor’ who is threatening to tell the world all of their biggest secrets.

Eventually they start realizing that they are not just getting ready for a television show, but somehow have been pulled into a deadly game that none of them are prepared for. Even worse than that, it might not be an outsider who is messing with them. Someone inside their group might actually be the one who is pulling the strings.

The body count keeps going up and they also have cameras that are recording every move that they make. Now the creators are going to have to work quickly to figure out who is the one who is attempting to get them all canceled and killed and fast, before they strike again.

Someone is clearly following all of them and making these moves, but who? And why? Will the group be able to make it off of the island alive, or is this a nightmare that will only end once all of them are dead? Read this book to find out!

Surface wise, the three debutantes do not have much in common with each other. The only thing that they really do share is belonging to the same exclusive private school, and then the ties that they have to Les Masques. Quickly, they start to understand why it was that Lily decided to bring them together.

The fact is that even though the world of the debutante may seem glamorous, there is something darker lurking under the surface. It may even end up being the reason that she went missing. The more that the girls try to get to the bottom of everything, the more that they start to suspect that Margot’s passing may not have been the accident it seemed like. Worse, Lily may suffer the same fate.
