Debra Webb was born and grew up on the farm outside Scottsboro, Alabama. He was brought up in humble background family. Webb’s parents’ taught her that she could be anything and do anything if she wanted. Her parent used to work very hard to sustain the family needs .Webb was naturally very creative and always created some stories in her head during her childhood years. When Webb turned nine she began to write some stories down.at the age of 13, Webb had written her first romantic story.
After she got married, Webb continued inventing stories but was too busy to write the created stories down. This was due to poverty that hit the family. To help pay family’s bills, Webb used to sell vacuum cleaners and also took a job in factories and at fast food restaurants. After the birth of the first born, Webb’s husband joined military, Webb joined a college where she earned a degree in then Business Administration. After the husband completed the training he was stationed in Berlin, Germany. Fortunately, Webb worked as secretary in commanding general’s office. Webb together with her family returned to United States in the year 1985.she highly appreciated and accepted the position as an executive secretary at the NASA
After a chronic illness in 1995, she decided to concentrate on her stories again. In about three years, Webb researched romance novel market and wrote several stories. In 1998, Webb sold the first novel which was a comedic romance novel, to the Kensington Books’ Precious Gems line. In about Six weeks later, Webb sold a second novel to Harlequin’s Intrigue line.
The first Harlequin Intrigue story concerned a private investigation agency that was run by Victoria Colby. Since the book, she has written more than two dozen novels which are connected to Colby Agency. In the year 2007, Webb began the second series known as The Equalizers. The series focuses on Victoria Colby’s son called Jim Colby.
Webb is popular winner of Romantic Times Career Achievement. She has been nominated for about five times for winning twice in Romantic Times Reviewers’ Choice Awards
Some of her earliest books include ‘here to stay’ which deals with the contemporary romance. Webb wrote and published the story on February 2000.the work was then sold to precious Gem. The story covers Nathan Black rope who has never forgotten any single thing about the Paige Weston. The things included all the magnitude of his love to her, the way she had betrayed him, and all the plans he had once made for them. The Plans included marriage, home and children which were the things that Nathan has never found or wanted to have with anyone else. The book continues up to where we see Paige coming back, and Nathan being almost about to discover the real reason which is shocking explain why Paige left him and why she is coming back now at such time. Wishing to get involved with Mr. Nathan again is not on the Paige’s agenda for her to returns to Trinity, Tennessee. Paige is committed to never forgive Nathan for way their relationship ended.in spite of everything she is still drawn to proud Apache man .the man once stole her heart and gave nothing in return. The only thing she got was her beloved child whose father has yet to be told that he exists. The story id interesting to read and is easily accessible.
Another book is called the ‘one good man’. The story was written on July 2000 by Webb. The book was edited by mass market paperback. The book contain a story about a sergeant called jo passarella. The sergeant was ready for the new challenge after six years of active duty an army drill sergeant. He used to run a glorified fat farm which was hardly what she had in mind. The general’s plump wife and her friends are counting on to help them in losing weight. She never dreamt that her own willpower was about to go the time she teamed up with blond, the blue eyed camp director called Tom Caldwell! In the camp rife with a contraband ice cream and used to crawl with rebellious dieters, the romance was the last thing on mind of Tom’s mind, until he saw petite and pretty Jo. The two of them had only about two weeks to transform the dozen couch potatoes into svelte and disciplined beauties. The question was how they were supposed to keep the minds on task at hand when they could not keep their hands off each other
One of the book that is captured in various movies is the HEINOUS .the HEINOUS is must read book! All the fans who loves mystery, thrills suspense, twists and turns on all the page, surprises and romance may love the book. Heinous is among the latest book of twelve book series which normally feature main characters who is the Deputy Chief Jess Harris and the Police Chief Dan Burnett of the Birmingham, Alabama. Everyone who came across the book will rank it highly. The growth of the characters from one book to the other make one better and better. Series usually grabs you from one pages to the other and leaves one wanting more at end. The writer helps her readers to identify with everything which is going on with Harris and Dan and personal and professional issues which they face. Evil adversary Eric Spears also known as “The Player” make things too difficult for Jess by sending her the clues with each victim. He enjoys toying with her. They do whatever it takes in order to protect the baby and the family from harm. The series take us one step closer to confrontation with Eric Spears that is exactly what he desire with Jess. The series keeps one on the seat with many suspense, emotional highs and very lows as whole department with the Jess leadership attempting to capture what is called the Player and save victims. This story has many turns and twists which keeps one guessing. The fans of Faces of Evil series should pre-order DEPRAVED which will be released in November .The MOST EVIL will be released in December. The other book is the bone gold.
Although I follow several authors on Amazon and have enjoyed many. I have never sent a comment to any of the authors. I have just finished the first book about Devlin and Falco. That was the best story of this type that I have read in years. I could never figure out who had done who. I kept reading and finished it in a few hours. I had to know the answers. I usually take awhile to read a book. I am enjoying it and have figured out at least a portion of story and where it is going. I have gotten the second book and will start it tonight. I am researching all books written by Debra Webb. I will read them all. Thank you for a wonderful book.
I have the 1st 3 and 6 of the Faces of evil series, I have not been able to find any of the other books in this series. Do you have any idea where I can find the rest of the series. This is the first time I have read any of her books.

Although I follow several authors on Amazon and have enjoyed many. I have never sent a comment to any of the authors. I have just finished the first book about Devlin and Falco. That was the best story of this type that I have read in years. I could never figure out who had done who. I kept reading and finished it in a few hours. I had to know the answers. I usually take awhile to read a book. I am enjoying it and have figured out at least a portion of story and where it is going. I have gotten the second book and will start it tonight.
