Welcome to the new Book Club section, launched at Book Series In Order. We provide complete lists of celebrity and popular book clubs, and will soon be launching our own book clubs.
Celebrity/Popular Book Clubs:
The Audacious Book Club: Launched by author and cultural critic Roxane Gay, as part of her The Audacity newsletter.
Barnes & Noble Book Club: The national book club from retailer Barnes & Noble.
BBC Radio 2 Book Club Picks: Started in 2010 as part of Simon Mayo’s Drivetime show and revived by Sara Cox as part of the BBC Sounds podcast.
Good Morning America Book Club: Launched in 2019, the GMA Book Club features a great mix of literary fiction, historical fiction and discussion-friendly novels.
Good Morning America Young Adult Book Club: The YA version of the GMA Book Club, launched as a companion in 2024.
Oprah’s Book Club 2.0: The digital relaunch of Oprah Winfrey’s Book Club.
Read with Jenna Book Club: Read with Jenna is the Today show book club launched by Jenna Bush Hager in March 2019.
Reader’s Digest Book Club: The current Reader’s Diges Book Club which launched in 2023 and is led by Tracey Neithercott, the editor of Reader’s Digest Books.
Reese Witherspoon’s Book Club: Known as Reese’s Book Club, this is one of the most influential and popular book clubs there is.
Richard & Judy Book Club: Launched by British TV presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan in 2004, originally as part of their Channel 4 chat show.
Genre Book Clubs:
