Their Kingdom Come is the first novel in The Sinners of Saint Amos series. The story is set in a catholic school where four boys are looking for revenge. What might they be revenging for?

Trinity Malone has just learned about the death of her parents, and now she’s orphaned. She relocates to the St. Amos Catholic School for boys since her late parents were friends with Father Gabriel, the Provost at the school, and a former Bishop whom she considers as an uncle.

Father Gabriel is now her guardian and has enrolled her in the school where she is the only girl. Four boys see Trinity as a wrench in their revenge mission. They meet in secret, and all come to school at different times and never interact in front of other people. She is now on the radar of four boys who need to know why she’s attending a boy’s school then get rid of her through bullying.

Apollo, Cassius, Reuben, and Zachary are victims of abuse, and they had everything well planned, but when a new girl comes to the school, they change the plans. They were all abused, defiled, and neglected, and now Trinity is their thorn in their plan.

Cassius is a hallway monitor and tends to leave his shirt unbuttoned with his tie tilted. He resembles a fashion model and corners her in her room on the first day, where he almost assaulted her. Reuben is muscular, broad, and menacing, and one glance at him can make someone like Trinity nervous. Apollo is a handsome boy with long blonde hair that he keeps on moving from his eyes and is constantly filming Trinity using a video camera.

Trinity’s so nervous and doesn’t know what to do. Then the fourth is Zachary, her psychology teacher, who is a few years older than her. He’s tall, dark, and handsome, and he makes it hard for her to concentrate in class.

When the four boys realize that Trinity is connected to Father Gabrielle, they try making her leave the school. All have a plan and don’t want anyone to get in their way, and in this case, Trinity’s getting in their way by being connected to the Father.

Trinity is a sweet soul, and even when she’s dealing with the death of her parents, she has to navigate the fact that she’s almost entering a lion’s den. As things heat up, some secrets are unveiled and leave Trinity playing games while she tries to find out the truth.

The boys’ voices revealed secrets held in this kingdom, and Saint Amos School isn’t a place one should take lightly. Their desire to destroy Father Gabriel gets more complicated as their games reveal more than what the boys asked for. Why are they targeting him?

Their Kingdom Come is a fast-paced read with lots of drama, steam, and unforgettable characters who add flesh to the story. Logan Fox has done a fantastic job of describing the characters. Trinity is a strong character who remains strong despite going through challenges in her life.

The four boys are intriguing, and each has a different personality from the other.

Brutal Bully
The novel’s Heroine is named Indi and thinks that love is for masochists. All she knows is combing her hair, wearing makeup, and wearing beautiful dresses. When she was some months to her eighteenth birthday, her life took a different turn. She went to stay with her grandmother after her mother was raped then later killed. Since she was young, she hasn’t seen her grandmother and rarely remembers her. Her father passed away five years ago after ailing cancer for a long time.

During this challenging time, as she tries dealing with her new reality, Indi clings to the only thing she had left of her mother- an expensive sapphire necklace given to her mother by her father just before he passed away. While she’s out in the woods taking a walk, a man almost her age chases her demanding to know why she’s in his woods. The stranger smells like mint and cider, making her think he’s psycho. He assaults her, blaming her for trespassing on his property. Can her life get any worse for Indi?

Upon going to Lavish Prep school for the first time the following day, she discovers that the stranger attends the same school and uses his last name, Briar. Indi accuses him of assaulting her after but later finds out that he’s someone who isn’t messed with at school.

Addy, Indi’s new friend, informs her that he might have assaulted Jess’s friend and killed her even though the cause of death was ruled a suicide. Briar has been staying away from women after Jess’s case, but he has started having feelings for Indi, so he plots to bully her until she moves to anther school since he can’t trust himself being around her.

Unfortunately, he can’t stay away from her even after his friend Marcus warns him. Marcus and him are best friends who have been having each other’s backs. Brair pushes himself so hard to pass the tests in school to get the attention of his often absent Father. His mother passed away in an accident when he was five, so he lives alone in his Father’s mansion.

His life has been on the right track, but he can’t forget that he’s a monster, so he decides to no longer hide himself anymore. He has been lonely and struggling emotionally and doesn’t know he ended up becoming so brutal. Can Indi and Briar work together to find out the truth?

There are twists and turns which lead to a complex maze of connections making the story so thrilling. The story is a riveting tragedy with a twisted plot that pulls the reader into a world of suspense while offering redemption.
