When she’s not writing she can be found sitting with a cup of coffee, in some comfy chair, with a book in hand. She is a mom (of both pups and kids), a wife, and an introvert.
Beck first realized that she wanted to write when she was in college writing papers for her business course and would write 25 pages instead of just ten. It her at that point that her obsession with reading blended into writing as well.
Reading also helps her with her writers’ block. She’ll pick up a book if she’s in doubt. Or just start working on something else. It typically comes too when they realize your not only focused on them anymore.
Her ideas can be quite random. She’ll just get this tiny glimpse from some scene in the novel and she’ll suddenly find herself sitting down and typing, and typing. Before you know it, the entire book is written.
“Bittersweet Revenge” is the first novel in the “Bittersweet” series and was released in 2014. Jenna Haines is a slut. Or at the very least that is what everybody calls her. Guess that is what ya get when everybody believes you have slept with the entire football team and then some. Her junior year of high school she gave her heart to Corey Winchester, a cocky, handsome, and total gentleman. Then it all changed in a single instant. When she learned he was spreading these vicious rumors about her, after she’d refused to sleep with him, she was quite surprised. Making things worse, he broke up with her in front of the entire school.
She pretty much became the laughing stock of the whole town. People she once called her friends were now her enemies, and were finding some way to ruin her life a day at a time. Now the awful part is that she should have known that a pretty boy like him was much too good to be true. After wrecking her reputation and life Jenna did everything that she could just to stay under the radar, however it just was not good enough.
Jenna slowly started learning that all of this hate and torment was for just one thing. Revenge. That is what Corey truly wanted, but why she did not know. Then Rex Winchester showed up. He was Corey’s cousin and someone that Jenna knew she should not be getting close to. He is an entire six feet of hotness, with a heart of gold and a smile which melted the panties off every girl within a fifty mile radius. He could’ve had anybody that he wanted, so why he chose Corey’s ex, the slutty, bullied girl, was beyond her.
All Jenna knew though was that she wanted him, more than anything else. Problem was, she couldn’t really tell if Rex was exactly like Corey or if his intentions were just as innocent as he was making them to be. This is the story about how the one thing she wanted wound up being the same thing which would hurt the most. What happens when the single thing you least expect to happen actually does? What happens when all of the secrets and the lies come out?
“Killer” is the first novel in the “Project” series and was released in 2015. In her eyes, he’d always be the same. Maggie Jacobs, age twenty-four, had lived a life of pain and heartache. After losing the one man that she had loved to an incurable cancer, she went on to take a job working for PGI Corporation in the hopes that she could find a cure in his honor some day. Little did she know that her simply working there could be the difference between life and death.
Killer was exactly that. A killer. He lived for the times when he got to bring other’s nightmares to life and break some bones. After all, isn’t that exactly what they wanted from him? Genetically altered by the government and stripped of all its own memories, he heads down a dangerous and dark road.
Memories evade his mind, however nothing sticks out to him quite like the girl that appears in his dreams. With her dark eyes and hair, she is a danger to his heart, however a victim to his rage. He knows that she has got the answers to his past. If he should get his hands on her, nobody will ever see her again. Lies, secrets, and the sweetest of betrayals encompass them. Can Killer figure a way through all the rage and back to Maggie before it’s too late? Can somebody that is hell bent on being broken truly get saved?
“Off Limits” is the first novel in the “My Best Friend’s Dad” series and was released in 2017. Kase Jones warned her not to tease daddy, while tightening his fist in her hair and forcing her lips to meet his. Maddie was his dirty little girl, and this was their dirty little secret.
Kase Jones is Maddie’s best friend’s dad, and almost twice her age, however he makes her blood hum, and her body ache like nobody else has before, and there isn’t any denying she wants him.
Maddie Sullivan’s his daughter’s best friend and she knows exactly how to tempt the man hidden underneath the suit. Makes him want to break all of the rules, with the biggest one being: sleeping with her. When his daughter goes abroad for the summer to explore Europe all of the rules that he has spent years upholding get broken with just one kiss. One taste and he’s trapped, with the need to consume her taking its hold over him.
They both know that when Jessica returns home they cannot be together. Until Maddie learns that she is pregnant. The need to be a man that she deserves takes over and leaves Kase wondering with a baby coming, and a love affair growing between them just how long can they hide their secrets from Jessica?
