He has been a fan of anything to do with fantasy or science fiction for his entire life. He also loves anything having to do with LitRPG and Cultivation.
Cassius admits that he has a huge passion for telling stories. He knows that this might just be the start of his journey when it comes to writing, but he ropes that readers will come along for the ride.
Manaborn is the first book in the Manaborn series by Cassius Lange. If you have been searching for something that is fairly original but don’t know what to pick out, give this story a try.
This is the tale of how the main character came to pass. Like, actually die. The Manaborn doesn’t remember most of the experience, which is something that he’s grateful for. To make a long story very short, he ended up being betrayed and that’s how everything happened.
He had people that he thought that he could trust. Instead they went into his sky palace, took away his women, and took his pet shadow hounds and enslaved them. He was utterly destroyed– at least that is what their perception was.
Mana was the source of his power and it was that which was able to bring him back. Those vermin who stabbed him in the back believe that they are safe in their strongholds. But the worst part is that in order to get security, they sacrificed their own flesh and blood. To top it all off, they were the ones giving him the label of evil. The nerve.
There weren’t entirely bad things to death. It was able to reveal to him the most important things in life. Before he is able to get to living his second life in full, though, the main character knows that he has some payback to give.
Others might deem him evil, some might say that he is unnatural. To this guy, it’s all talk. He’s been reborn into a new existence and he’s going to make the most of it. What is he calling himself these days? Manaborn. Read the first book in the series of the same name by Cassius Lange to find out what happens!
Manaborn 2 is the second book in the Manaborn series by Cassius Lange. If you love a good original fantasy tale or read the first story in the series and loved it, continue on with the entertaining second installment!
Not everyone is able to get their second chance at having a shot at life. The main character in Manaborn 2 is fortunate to have had the good fortune to find theirs, though. They were shoved into a dying man’s body and fought hard to break free.
Along the way, the main character made some friends and decides that now was the time to pursue revenge. Even if it was a long and winding path. But not everything was what the main character anticipated. The bad guys weren’t always bad, and the good guys were complicated too.
The emperor is searching for immortality and always wants more power. He’s sent agents to the City of Bones to disrupt the power of local lord Tairon. They’ll have a tournament to replace him, and the winner will get to rule the City of Bones.
The main character gets to start his own sect, which sounded simple enough. But it’s difficult when you’ve got a lot of enemies scheming behind your back. As he is now Master Aiden Danaes now, the main character must try to make this sect leadership thing work. Especially since he’s already failed one time before.
A lot of things could go wrong at this point. The monster pit could explode and get them all while they’re sleeping, or a band of assassins covered in bugs could kill them all during breakfast. He might even hang a sign and get a deadly sliver.
Mana was the thing to bring the Manaborn back. Now the only thing he has to do is manage to avoid dying. Is he up to the challenge, or will he find that he failed miserably? Read this book to find out!
