T.J. Kline is a published author who has been making up her own stories since she was old enough to talk. She wrote her first book at age ten years old.

She’s always enjoyed a good thriller and a good romance with a happily ever after ending. Life introduced her to rodeos and horses, and once that happened, T.J. knew that she had found her calling writing small town contemporary romance stories that were packed with drama, love, and cowboys.

She grew up competing in rodeos and Rodeo Queen competitions since she was fourteen years old. She knows a lot about the sport and the culture and has written many articles about rodeo for small periodicals. She also wrote a nonfiction health book and two inspirational fiction books using the pen name Tina Klinesmith. She is an avid reader and a book reviewer for Tyndale and Multnomah.

When not writing, she can be found laughing with her husband, children, and a bunch of pets in northern California. She says that her high school sweetheart husband still makes her heart flutter and gives her chocolate, coffee, and red wine. She often has her head in the clouds or is busy coming up with a new plot twist, but likes to take a break by spending time in the Gold Country of California with her husband. They like camping, fishing, and finding new locations to look for story ideas.
