Jordan Vezina is a published author.

He is known for writing historical fiction, but he wasn’t always an author. In another life, Jordan also was an infantry Marine that served in an anti/counter-terror unit. He has since worked as a personal trainer, a bodyguard, a website designer, a combatives teacher, a corporate manager, an IT guy, and a singer and a guitar player as part of a blues and metal band.

Jordan resides in Palo Alto, California.

America as a nation has now been split up, contracted into random scattered city states. Inside of these city states, the consumers stay alive living off of factory-farmed human meat. This is ironically to try and keep up some type of a civilized life.

Outside of the city states, there are people known as the Hunters who are making their way over the Texas Meat Belt, looking for community, food, or escape. In this no man’s land, Cotton Wiley is a former Navy SEAL who is operating in the night with his young daughter along with him, where he stalks anyone who is out there and if they end up in his path works to cut them down.

Together, they are on their own particular journey and are trying to find their own way out of the nightmare that has ended up taking over the same country that Cotton once served and has now covered it in blood. Is there a way out of this nightmare, or will they just have to survive through it and make their way out, no matter what? Read this book to find out!
