But things start picking up when priests begin getting burned alive. In order to stop a killer, Sarah is going to have to tackle an old mystery along with Patrick Bauer, her new boss. The mystery is over a century old, but the trouble is that the further they go in looking into the secrets of the Spanish Inquisition and the Vatican, the more that they start to be aware that they are in very grave danger.

There’s a killer out there, and he’s going to do whatever it takes in order to keep secrets hidden. Can Sarah manage to make it through all of this or will a killer end up taking her down for good? Anything’s possible when it comes to this exciting mystery thriller!

Agnus Dei is the second book in the Ex Libris series by T.S. Falk. If you’ve read the first book in this series, then you’re sure to appreciate this sequel. Full of thrills, this is a fascinating sequel that also can stand on its own.
