Chad M. Robichaux is an American published author.
He is a former Force Recon Marine and a DoD contractor. He was part of a Joint Special Operations Command Task Force and has completed eight deployments to Afghanistan. He was able to get over his own battles with PTSD and almost became a statistic of veteran suicide.
Thankfully he was able to make some progress in his PTSD battles and went on to found Mighty Oaks. This is a nonprofit that serves the military and first responder communities with resiliency and recovery programs that are faith based and very successful.
Today he has spoken to millions of people all over the world. He has talked to over 500,000 active-duty troops. He has also led life-saving programs for about 7,000 warriors at different Mighty Oaks Ranches all over the country.
He has through this process become a go-to resource and is thought to be a subject matter expert on PTSD as well as veteran care and national security. He has advised Congress, Senate, Presidential Administrations, the VA, the Department of Defense, and was even picked to serve as a Chairman of a White House Veterans Coalition.
Chad is a board member for the Center for Security Policy. He is a co-founder of two different nonprofits that deal with the rescue of Americans or vulnerable people groups that are in conflict zones all over the world. He led the biggest civilian evacuation in American history in 2021 by helping to rescue 17,000 and more people trapped during the process of Afghanistan withdrawal. This number included Aziz, his long time friend and interpreter. He is now the head of operations in Ukraine as well as other high-risk global areas.
He is frequently a feature of national media and contributes to Fox News. His life story was covered in a short film by I Am Second, and enjoyed a sequel. He is also the main focus of documentaries such as Send Me, Never Fight Alone, and Escape from Afghanistan. A motion picture movie is also being produced that is based on Saving Aziz, the award-winning bestselling book.
Chad is a bestselling author known for books such as A Mission Without Borders, which centers on the rescue efforts he made and the humanitarian aid missions that he led on ten different trips that he took to Ukraine. He is a former Special Agent and has served with the US Federal Air Marshal Service as well as the US State Department Surveillance Detection Program.
Chad has an MBA from NYIT, the New York Institute of Technology. He is also a board-certified pastoral counselor with the AACC. He is also undergoing a graduate nonprofit management program while enrolled at Harvard University.
Chad has been a martial artist for all his life. He is also a Professional World Mixed Martial Arts Champion and is a 4th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. He is also a devoted Christian and lives in Texas along with his wife. He has four children with his wife and they now have grandchildren they can enjoy spending time with too. He is the host of The Resilient Show and has passion, resilience, and the heart to serve others that makes him a leader and inspiring person to many.
