Tessa Bailey is one of the most prolific American female authors who has done excellent work in her career as a writer. She has written a myriad number of books that are available both online and locally. She is married and a mother of one. Tessa Bailey currently lives in New York City with her family. Her main passion is writing and reading romance, but whenever she isn’t either of these, you will find her enjoying a good argument and a recipe of about thirty minutes.
She began her writing career in 2013 and until date, she has written a number of books that you will find very romantic. Tessa Bailey has also done different series like “Line of Duty” and “Crossing the Lines”. In the Line of Duty series, there are about six books with the pioneer book known as “Protecting What’s His”. The novel was published in 2013 while the second novel that was also published in 2013 is known as “His Risk to Take”.
Protecting What’s His
This is the genesis book of the Line of Duty Series that was written by Tessa Bailey. The novel has about 160 pages and was published on 23rd February 2013. It has about ten editions and the protagonist character in the novel is known as Ginger Peet, who is a twenty-three-year old carrying on with an existence where she experiences difficulty in making a decent living. Despite the low income, she has the duty to take care of her seventeen-year old sister. This is because their mother has never sufficiently minded to accommodate them.
The mother cherishes her medication dependence considerably more than her little girls. Ginger and her sister have been raised by a mother who brought medications and men into their home and never attempted to conceal the way that she was turning traps. Obviously, Ginger has needed to grow up quick and has dependably been the one paying special mind to her more youthful sister. One night when she sees her mother going out with a tote brimming with cash adjacent to her, the allurement for a superior life is too difficult to stand up for. She takes the cash, packs up and moves with her sister to Chicago abandoning her life in Nashville and her mother behind. She is very determined to start over in this new city without carrying about her sick mother.
On the other hand, we find Derek Tyler has an awful day, notwithstanding the way that the day has scarcely started. One of his men was killed in the line of obligation and today is the memorial service. The exact opposite thing he needs is two uproarious females making a ruckus moving into the loft opposite his. When he leaves his flat to stand up to the twosome, he is shocked the hot chestnut haired lady not hesitant to give it right back to him. This is the exact opposite thing he anticipated. Not having the capacity to rule in his controlled manner, Derek seeks after Ginger with a determination that would be difficult to stand up to. Ginger is enticed by this provocative crime lieutenant, who is currently her nearby neighbor. Can she keep their relationship entirely physical? When they both at last succumb to their yearnings, Ginger discovers that Derek needs quite a lot more from her. Is she willing to go out on a limb and give him what he needs?
This is just, but a small summary of the novel that will give you the overview of the happenings in this romance book. in case you really love reading romance novels, then this is the ultimate romance series for you. The book is readily available online and locally where you will enjoy reading it again and again.
His Risk to Take
This is the second novel of the series that was published in the same year as the debut book of the series. It has about seven editions and 184 pages. It was published on 13th May 2013. The main character in the novel is known as Homicide Cop Troy Bennett, who had a great reputation on the PD of Chicago. He, therefore, decides to move to New York City PD. He required a change in the wake of losing his accomplice in a strike that turned out badly. Feeling capable and regretful for his accomplice’s passing, he’s resolved to never let anyone he thinks about get hurt or bite the dust on his watch again.
While hanging out in a bar one night with individual New York PD officers commending his first week at work, in strolls a staggering lady who instantly catches his consideration. Particularly, when the provocative lady strolls up to the bar and intensely says, “Thus, blue eyes. Why not quit gazing and purchase me a beverage? I would prefer not to dry out before you work up the nerve. Troy was definitely found. He needed her, regardless of the possibility that he can tell more about the lady by just a look at her.
Ruby Elliot is a savvy pool hustler. Her father taught her everything there is to know about gambling and hustling. This unconventional and dangerous lifestyle is all she’s ever known, but now she’s trying to change her life by going to school. But, for now, she needs to hustle to pay for her schooling and bills. This is why she is in the bar during the night hours. Working her magic, she whips on a certain man at a game of pool, who then becomes angry when he figures out he’s just been hustled by a girl. Luckily, Troy was there to step in before things got out of control.
Troy is a very sexy, strong, domineering hero knows what he wants and takes what he wants. He also knows he needs to stay away from the pain in the ass, sexy as hell woman that lives recklessly, who will break all his rules. But now that he’s become smitten with the bold beauty, he’s finding it hard to keep his distance. This is a must read romance book that will really captivate you. Loved the hot and hammered series. Read it several times! Just started the dare to resist and seducing the bridesmaid. However I felt the story about colt and Katy was unfinished. Am I missing something? I felt it went from I love u to the next book of them getting married. Is there a book that I missed about them talking about colts “rough” sex interest and why he is like that?
