Shelley Freydont is a historical mystery, cozy mystery, and romance fiction novelist who has a reputation for writing some of the most intriguing novels. Born in 1949, she has become one of the most prolific novelists who has written novels in several genres, writing under several pseudonyms. Writing as Shelley Noble, she published her first women’s fiction novel, Beach Colors, in 2012. She has also written several romance fiction novels under the writing name Gemma Bruce.

Before she got into writing, Freydont was a professional dancer and had quite a distinguished career. As a dancer, she went on international tours with prestigious companies such as American Ballroom Theater and Twyla Tharp Dance and performed in many different venues across the globe. She has also made appearances on TV on programs such as Happy New Year USA, Evening at the Pops, and Great Performances on PBS. The former professional choreographer and dancer has acted in the films The Game Plan and Mona Lisa Smile. She is also very active in the author community and is a member of Liberty States Fiction Writers, Sisters in Crime, Romance Writers of America, and Mystery Writers of America. Shelley has also worked as a dance consultant and teacher, choreographer, and rehearsal director. She worked on As the World Turns, the television program, as dance consultant in addition to Singing in the Rain and States of Shock, the Broadway productions. She also worked as a choreographer on Amadeus by Milos Forman.

She must use every instinct and couple it with determination to expose the killer while avoiding getting taken out by the murderer.
