Margaret Marr is a published author.

She grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Today she lives there still along with her dog, Digger. Digger’s her only pet unless you are counting the mouse that eats the dry dog food and the blue-tailed lizard on her windowsill.

During the day Margaret works as an environmental specialist at the local nursing home. When it comes to the nighttime, she writes her own spooky paranormal books with hints of romance and bits of suspense as well as a cup of thrills included. By this time in her career, she has surpassed over a dozen published books and continues going!

Margaret would love to go back to childhood one more time and go fishing from the bank as a little girl. She says that she is country to the core. She loves hiking, fishing, camping, eating from a garden, driving a pickup truck, working outside, and says that she lives in jeans and t-shirts. She also likes to adult color, diamond paint, crochet, and walk for her health.

Her accent is a combination of southern and country. She loves to get together having a barbecue in the back yard. She also likes having tea over beer, but also likes Diet Coke over both of those. Margaret says that when it comes to eating, she likes Outback Steak House over The Four Seasons Restaurant. In addition to believing in God, she also believes in fairy tales and miracles, and learned the secret of hope from Frankenstein: City of Night, a Dean Koontz novel.

Margaret says that she has a huge curiosity about the world all around her. She wants to explore the North Carolina coast and go to as many castles in the world that she can to explore. She also wants to visit haunted places all over America and loves seeing old graveyards. She knows that it can sound morbid, but she truly does love all things that have to do with the strange and the unusual. She would also love to see Australia and go to countries like Italy, Egypt, and Ireland.

When it comes to the summer months, the author likes to do everything outdoors, to go swimming, hiking, camping and fishing. Some of her other hobbies extend to reading, writing poetry, and going on the Internet to explore. She also enjoys music, everything from country to eighties and nineties rock. Her favorite rock band is Bon Jovi and her favorite Christian rock band is Petra.

She also enjoys puppies, kitties, and pretty pictures, and also says that she has a soft spot for soldiers. Her favorite flowers are daisies. She also has favorite magazines that include Ideals, Cowboy & Indians, and Fate. She loves the aroma of honeysuckle, vanilla, and Stetson Cologne for men. She also enjoys cartoons, with some of her favorites being Rocko’s Modern Life and Scooby Doo, as well as Pinky & The Brain.
