His Space Force series is independently published and is broken up into different novella episodes, with each being twenty to thirty thousand words long. They occur in sequential order, starting in the near future then jumping down the timeline for a unique storytelling approach that has been very successful.
Grand Admiral Aatroxiss is the first book in the Starship Fleet Commander series by Aer-ki Jyr. If you like a good science fiction story, and have been looking for something that is completely original, check this one out and see what you think.
In a galaxy located far from Earth, it turns out that an evil Empire is controlling the majority of the star systems. But what they have is just not enough for them; they want more. The regions that are not controlled by them have traded in obedience of sovereignty or are else too wild to be tamed and too dangerous for Imperial troops to move on.
The main problem for the Emperor is the Frontier. This occupies a third of the lawless Outer Rim. Many different commanders and fleets have been sent over to pacify it so that it can be annexed into the Empire. So far, all of them have failed.
The small colonies in this region are set upon by constant wars and disasters. It seems time for the Emperor to change up his strategy. And if an Imperial commander is not able to give him the thing that he wants, an enemy just might be able to.
Aatroxiss is one of the surviving members of the Keeno Order, a group that the Empire has nearly hunted all the way to death. He is captured and made to appear before the Emperor. Before Aatroxiss is able to wield the Kalla and kill him in his throne room, The Emperor gives him an offer that he is finding difficult to turn down.
The Frontier was given to Aatroxiss under the premise of serving the Empire. He’ll be able to do whatever he wants with the region as long as he is able to bring order to it. He wants to kill the Emperor but he also wants to avenge deaths of the other Keenos. He hesitates as he sees a new opportunity.
For a period of over two hundred years, the Rebellion has not been able to free a world from the Empire. If he agrees to become the Grand Admiral of the Emperor in charge of the Frontier, he could have the chance to free hundreds of worlds and maybe even thousands from imperial tyranny.
The Emperor knows this and has cornered Aatroxiss. Is he going to choose vengeance or trying to rescue others? A Keeno can make just one choice, and he makes a deal with the Emperor for the sake of billions of people in the Frontier. Grand Admiral Aatroxiss is born and all of the Frontier’s problems are about to be put on his shoulders while the Emperor continues to be a tyrant for the rest of the civilized galaxy.
The Emperor knows this and has cornered Aatroxiss. Will he choose to go after vengeance, or does he want to rescue other people? A Keeno is only able to make one choice, and he ends up making a deal with the Emperor for the sake of billions in the Frontier.
Grand Admiral Aatroxiss is now born. He is responsible for all of the problems in the Frontier. They’re all about to be put upon him while the Emperor keeps up his tyranny of the civilized galaxy. Will he be able to handle all of this or will it be too much for him? Read this fascinating first book in the series to find out.
Empire Undone is the second book in the Starship Fleet Commander series by Aer-ki Jyr. If you thought that the first book in this series was engaging, you will no doubt enjoy this second book in the series too.
With the personal empire of Admiral Gorgo completely cut off, it turns out that now dozens of systems have been left in the lurch. The Grand Admiral sees that there are no supply lines nor is there a clear chain of command. Now it is up to him to step in, trying to clean things up more before more people out there starve to death or endure even worse than famine.
While some systems have accepted his command authority, with new supply lines coming together, overs have not. Some are claiming independence, with others looking for different options to keep up with their barbaric ways– the same ones that they know Aatroxiss will put a stop to.
With the research station showing to be a lot more than the Specter 7’s intelligence had initially claimed, the Redemption leaves Harshoo behind. Now the Grand Admiral’s personal flagship is making its way across the stars, attempting to get to the bottom of a mystery that the Grand Admiral is only just now starting to become aware of. What will happen in the end? Read the second book in this engaging science fiction series from Aer-ki Jyr to find out!
