Steven Galloway is a Canadian published author.

He was born in Vancouver, Canada on July 13, 1975. He teaches at the University of British Columbia, instructing students on creative writing. He resides in Vancouver. Steven is married and shares his life with his wife as well as their children and their dog and cat.

Steven grew up in Kamloops, British Columbia. He went to the University College of the Cariboo as well as the University of British Columbia. Her first novel to come out was titled Finnie Walsh. It did well and was nominated for the Amazon.ca/Books in Canada First Novel Award.

Galloway would continue to write. His second novel Ascension would be nominated for the BC Book Prizes’ Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize. Kenan is doing his best to prepare himself for the weekly walk that he takes through the streets to get water for his family on the other side of town. Meanwhile, Dragan (someone unknown to Kenan) is attempting to make his way towards the next free meal that he knows will be waiting for him. Each of the men are dealing with high amounts of fear and are not sure when the next shot is going to land on the streets and the bridges that they have to cross.

Things have gotten so bad that they don’t even want to talk to their old friends about what life was like, what it felt like before the divisions came upon their city. Then there is Arrow, the talented female sniper who is asked if she will help protect the musician from a shooter who is out to kill him as he stands out there and plays his instrument.
