Emily Ohanjanians is a Canadian published author.

When she is not busy writing books, she is attending to her day job working as a professional book editor. She has spent many years working on the other side of the desk and after a certain amount of time, Emily decided that it was time that she take the love she had always had for escapist romantic stories and put that into writing some of her own. The result would be her debut The Book Tour.

Today Emily resides in Toronto, Canada with her family.

The Book Tour is a 2026 book by Emily Ohanjanians. Have you been looking for a light contemporary romantic read but you don’t know where to look? Want a book that is so fun to read that you’ll find yourself not wanting to put it down? Check this debut out and see what you think!

This is one of those books that reads like it could be a movie easily. When an author starts out to show off her debut book and do all of the press things and marketing that comes with it, the last thing that she ever expected was to have outrageous chemistry with her publicist.

Emily Ohanjanians is a fresh literary voice in the romance genre and a welcome one! You can easily picture Emma Stone or Jennifer Lawrence in this role as the main character, but enough about the potential for adaptation or the impressive nature of this author. The plot beckons and sparks are about to fly between the main character and the love interest that she never saw coming.

Even though Ana Movilian has a busy career going on, it seems like she still feels a need to prove herself. Her podcast is doing very well and she is navigating multiple speaking events– all of which are completely sold out.

Ana feels like she needs to prove herself to her family, as they are in disbelief that she put medical school to the side (okay, quit) to go after a career as an influencer of all things. Sure, it’s a popular way to try and make money these days, but the difference between med school and shilling fake eyelashes on the Internet is like night and day to her family.

They’re also not all that impressed with the release of her self-help book, which they view as being somewhat ‘buzzy’. But Ana doesn’t want to let them get her down and knows that the book tour coming up is the perfect way to prove they’re all wrong. She can finally show the world just how brightly she is shining. Best of all, she’s taking this tour on with the company of her publicist, who she really likes and trusts.

Everything turns around in a very bad way when Ana hears the news that her publicist has resigned the night before the plane is going to take off for the tour. More than that, the replacement is Ryan Grant. This is going to be a rough one, Ana already knows.

Ryan’s specialty is important books that are considered highbrow, and she is getting the distinct impression that he’s just not that into the book. She already has a pretty good idea that he doesn’t get the book and he doesn’t get her either. In her opinion, he’s just not the right fit to be promoting her work and this attitude is going to make it very tough to spend time together over the next two weeks.

Even worse than all of this is how she is noticing that he looks incredible in business casual wear. Ana decides that she’s just going to focus on promoting the book and not how much she thinks that Ryan doesn’t get her. Or how attractive he is starting to seem to her.

Could Ryan end up being more than just a publicist? Ana thought that it was just in her head, but she’s starting to realize that Ryan is also attracted to her too. The chemistry between them is starting to feel like it’s got to come to a head at some point– but would getting together like that be too risky for their careers?

Being together is a definite conflict of interest, but Ana is finding it more and more difficult to resist. Can she just finish the tour and move on from this? Or is there something to the publicist she formerly perceived as snooty that she won’t be able to forget? Read this book from Emily Ohanjanians to find out!

Mixed Doubles is a 2027 novel by Emily Ohanjanians. Love a good book that involves sports and romance too? Check out this book and see what you think.

When two pro tennis players end up going together playing mixed doubles at Wimbledon, could the whole situation unexpectedly spark a romance that neither of them saw coming? And could it be the one thing that costs them their shot at victory?

Sadie Flores is a coach at Oakcrest tennis academy while also playing doubles professionally. This has let her enjoy every aspect of the sport, especially that which she values the most: the community and partnership. She’s approaching her professional retirement and as she does she is looking forward to giving more time to reviving Oakcrest.

Then the owners talk about their plans to sell the land. Sadie might be able to generate some more publicity for the club and if she can it might be able to make it through. The only issue is that she’s lacking star power, but that might be fixable.

Nicolas Andersson is one of those media darling players, and Sadie had a huge crush on him when they both went to Oakcrest. Nico has been training for all his life to be the best singles player in the world. When he had an injury that ended his season the year prior, he knows that he is primed to make a comeback.

When Sadie runs the idea of playing mixed doubles together at Wimbledon by him, she thinks that he’ll probably turn her down. When he accepts, she’s stunned– and knows it’s time to get to work. The more time they spend together and the more that he opens up, the harder she falls. But he seems like the type who cannot commit. Can she protect her heart and achieve her goals too? Could they have something real? Read Mixed Doubles to find out!
