Initially, Walker Gibson is introduced as a mechanic living in a small town. Sienna Landry accidentally damages one of his trucks and fears to face him. However, when she stands in front of Walker to explain what had happened, the smell of gasoline and engine grease coming from his body makes Sienna wanting to have him in her bed. She doesn’t know why she finds him so sexy. Even Walker seems attracted towards the beautiful Sienna. Mariah keeps teasing him with the hope that he would come forward and propose love to her. But, neither of them are ready to take the first step. Both want to move one step up from being acquaintances to lovers, but wait for the other one to approach. This book can also be read as a single novel.
