Carol Moncado is an American best-selling published author of fiction.

She loves to write stories about imaginary friends, but when she isn’t busy doing that, Carol Moncado has plenty of other interests to keep her busy. These include binge watching shows to working out. She thinks that the perfect food is peanut butter M&Ms and that Dr. Pepper is so essential that it ought to come delivered in an IV.

She is married and has four children with her husband and they share their family home with two dogs in Southwest Missouri. When she is not preoccupied spending time with them, she can usually be found reading a book somewhere in the house.

When summer rolls around, she can be discovered at the local aquatic center and is usually accompanied by her kids. When the fall season comes along, she usually sinks into her role as band mom. She uses the opportunity of winter to snuggle up into a blanket and cuddle by the fire with the dogs. Carol previously taught at a community college, instructing students on the topic of American government.
