Charles Cranston Jett
Charles Cranston Jett is an internationally certified coach (ACC, CPCC, CPQC) and specializes in career management, skill development, positive intelligence and career crises.
He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a veteran nuclear attack submariner in the Cold War. He created the tracking system (Geo Plot) to covertly track submarines and conceived and implemented the training program for nuclear attack submarines preparing to deploy against the Soviet Union.
He has published both historical fiction and non-fiction books. These books include:
• Super Nuke – A memoir documenting the achievements of the crew of the first operating 637 nuclear attack submarine and the developments of tactics that contributed to winning the Cold War.
• WANTED: Eight Critical Skills You Need to Succeed – A documentation and source of the eight critical skills one needs to succeed in corporate life, personal life, and as a contributing citizen in a Constitutional Republic.
• The Doom Loop – A unique, powerful and fun career management tool that deals with boredom and frustration on the job as well as various career crises and how to predict them.
• Field Studies – A curriculum that demonstrates by example how schools can engage teams of students in project-based learning that teaches the critical skills/
• Bess – The story about a 21-year old single woman who ventures to the far southwestern part of North Dakota in 1908, homesteads, and builds a large ranch. She is gay.
