Denise Domning is an American published author who also goes by the name Denise Hampton.

She is a woman who is over sixty years old and single. She writes and she farms, all on eight acres of earth that used to be red but is slowly improving located in northern Arizona. She says that she began with chickens, then expanded to turkeys and Jersey Milk cows.

She also exchanged her cows for Doper Sheep, a breed that is South African that don’t need shearing and also gain their weight on just grass and they are so simple to raise. She then fell in love with pigs and added some to her group.

Unfortunately, along with the livestock they cared for also came more predators, such as bald eagles, coyotes, black hawks, raccoons, and mountain lions. The nasty creatures skill simply because they can and have even killed five chickens in one night through the chain link fence. This is why Denise keeps livestock guardian dogs, which include Polar Bear, Radha, and Rupert.
