Drethi Anis is a published American author.

She is the type who likes to turn negative things into positives, and that is part of how she became an author. When the pandemic hit worldwide she decided that it was a good time to use some of her spare time creatively, and that is when she sat down and wrote her first series.

She is pulled towards characters who are disturbed and have their fair share of flaws, and she loves to give them a tough time and put them through the wringer before at last relenting and letting them have the happily ever after ending that they wanted that aligned with their flaws and personalities.

She is married and lives close to the DC area along with her husband. There she runs a wedding planning business. She loves planning out someone’s special day but when she is not busy doing that she can be found planning out various ways to give the characters a tough time and to put them through hell. When it comes to her books, she loves dark themes and angst with some psychology involved.
