Geoffrey Farrington is a published author from England.

He was born in 1955 in London. Geoffrey was able to successfully create a hybrid career, working in the theater as well as working helping to run the family business. He has published The Revenants and The Acts of the Apostates and is writing more work for readers to enjoy.

Geoffrey Farrington has also served as the editor of The Dedalus Book of Roman Decadence: Emperors of Debauchery.

The Revenants is a 1983 book written by Geoffrey Farrington. If you have ever wanted to read a classic work that features themes such as the ghoulish misdeeds and conflicted psychology of the undead, this is the supernatural thriller for you. This book was unavailable in the United States for a long time but now is available for readers to enjoy in full.

In the opening pages of this work, Farrington sets the scene and creates an atmospheric effect. A narrator who is not named discovers a manuscript that is not intact but still preserved, being only partly charred. They discover this work in the area of an abandoned country house in Cornwall that somehow has burned all the way down to the ground without explanation.

This is the narrative of John Richard Le Perrowne, who was born in 1830 to parents of middle age. Throughout his childhood he was frequently lonely and kept to himself. He also turned out to be the selected victim of Helena, a vampire who has a seductive presence that will end up pulling John into an all new world that is full of glamour and power.

John is newly initiated as a vampire and still has a conscience about him. He ends up surrendering to the pull of the night along with Helena, who has become completely amoral over the years. They also belong to a coven of blood thirsty creatures. There is also Elizabeth, a young farm girl who ends up becoming his creation but will quickly make much more progress when it comes to being a calculated villain than John did.

This is a lurid and baroque story and reading it may make you feel as though you are reading what could be a movie. Farrington’s prose is the real star of this book and the protagonist he has written is endlessly interesting.

Follow along with the author as he builds the story to its final, unforgettable climax. An incredible work that came out long before Twilight did, this is a suspenseful classic work that readers won’t want to miss.

The Acts of the Apostates is a 1990 book written by Geoffrey Farrington. This is a great historical fantasy work that was set in Judea and Rome at the same time Nero was alive.

The hero of this story ends up becoming involved with the arcane prophecies of Nabaim. What will happen and will he regret this occurring in the end? Read this book to follow along with every single word. Whether you’re reading it on your own or bringing along to share with a book club, this is a great read that you won’t want to miss.
