Kamilah Cole is a bestselling author born in Jamaica and raised in America.

She has been nominated for a Dragon Award. During the day, she works in publishing. During the night time, she tries to write and does so as if she were running out of time. She has worked as a journalist in the past as well as at a hotel, which she says are both positions that are able to provide you with incredible stories to tell at parties. However, she regretfully does not usually attend them.

She was a writer as well as an entertainment editor for four years at Bustle. Her nonfiction writing has been featured in Seventeen and Marie Claire. She first made her debut onto the literary scene with the release of So Let Them Burn, the first in her Divine Traitors duology.

Kamilah attended New York University and graduated, entering into the working world and getting started on writing. She resides in the Pacific Northwest area. It is the story of a heroine who has been blessed by the gods who must make the choice of either saving her sister or standing up to protect the homeland that she cares about so deeply.
