Katie Ginger is a published author of mystery and romance. She also writes books under other pen names, using Annabel French as well as K.E. Coburn for writing cozy mystery stories.

Her debut novel was published by HarperCollins, HQ Digital and was titled The Little Theatre on the Seafront. It was nominated for the Katie Fforde Debut Novel of the Year Award. In addition to that, many of her books have become bestsellers on Amazon. She is also known for her romantic quaint seaside town series, the Swallowtail Bay series.

She resides in the South East part of England in what she calls a ‘lovely little town’ by the sea. She lives there with her husband and kids. She says that when she is not coming into a battle with her never ending pile of washing, she likes to spend her time hanging out running around with her kids, writing, and walking Skips, their rescue dog with three legs.

Katie says that she has dreamed of being a writer ever since she was little. She wrote her first story when she was young. It was a four page story that had illustrations included in it as well!

Katie writes quite a few books for Avon and HarperCollins as Annabel French, penning escapist romantic fiction set in wonderful destinations. Her book Summer at the Chateau was shortlisted by the Romantic Novelists’ Association for the Contemporary Romantic Comedy award. She also writes royal historical dramatic fiction using her pen name Emma Royal for Penguin Random House.

Strawberries, the seaside, and a sexy hero. There’s just so much to love when it comes to this story! Hetty Colman is a woman who really enjoys her life. She lives in the cozy seaside town of Swallowtail Bay.

There she works and always keeps busy. She’s constantly organizing anniversary and retirement parties, and children’s birthdays. When she breaks up with Ben, her long-term boyfriend, she immediately is on the search for something new and is determined to start again and do better than ever.

When Hetty hears the locals wondering about how they are going to get the strawberry festival to come back to its glory, it seems like the perfect opportunity to launch it again. There are just a few problems with this, in that being that she just has four weeks to get it going and nowhere that she can host it at the moment.

Hetty may have a lead that she can use, however. She convinces the handsome John Thornhill to let her use the grounds of his rundown manor, and things start seeming more optimistic than ever. As Hetty and John become even closer and Ben tries to win her back, it introduces challenges. Will Hetty be able to make the festival run smoothly and get her love life to run more smoothly at the same time? Read this book to find out!
