Kenneth Eade is a published American author. Readers may know him for his thriller stories, both political and legal.
Eade was born in Los Angeles, California, where he grew up. He attended the University of California Northridge and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts. From there, he went to Southwestern Law School where he was able to get his Juris Doctor degree.
He practiced law for three decades before Kenneth decides that it was at last time to turn his focus to writing. His first novel was titled An Involuntary Spy and it was published in 2013, giving readers the first chance to experience his own trademark blend of drama combined with political intrigue. The book was popular and received much critical acclaim. It was followed by a series of novels that did very well, such as the Brent Marks Legal series and the Paladine Political Thriller series.
His books frequently take the opportunity to deal with controversial issues that are contemporary as well as classic, including government surveillance, environmental pollution, and corporate malfeasance. The stories that he writes find a foundation in the knowledge that he has when it comes to politics and law, and he is also known well for the intensive research he conducts and the level of detail and attention paid to it that is included in his stories.
On top of all the work that he has done in the writing world, the author has also taken the time to be involved in different legal and political causes throughout the course of his career. He has also made a point to advocate for criminal justice reform in addition to environmental protection. He has also worked so that he can raise awareness about various issues, that include government corruption and police brutality.
Kenneth has seen his books translated into different languages. They have also been successful and interesting enough to have been optioned for different film and television adaptations. Eade has also gotten different accolades for the writing that he has done. These include the RONE Award in 2017, Best Legal Thriller in 2015 from the Beverly Hills Book Awards, and the Reader’s Favorite Awards in 2016 and then 2017.
Kenneth keeps on writing new works and having them published. He is also seen as being one of the best legal thriller writers of his entire generation. In terms of fiction, he is quite accomplished. However, Eade has also written nonfiction in the area of environmentalism, which includes Bless the Bees and Dr. Gutman’s Microbiome Secrets.
Eade has been referred to as one of the strongest thriller writers out there and frequently is compared to John Grisham, seen by many as having mastered the legal thriller.
An Involuntary Spy is the first book in the Involuntary Spy series by Kenneth Eade. If you love a good suspenseful thriller that keeps the adventure and the action coming, then this is a great read for you. What happens when a normal guy becomes a spy? You’re about to find out.
The main character’s name is Seth Rogan (no relationship to the actor in question). When it comes to being a spy, he’s not that good at it. But the funny thing is that he is not actually a spy at all. He’s just your average guy who is attempting to do the right thing.
He works as a biologist for the greatest biotech company in the world. It seemed like he had it all. His job was great, and there were plenty of perks that he made sure to enjoy. When he is asked to get some tests done on the company’s genetically engineered foods, he finds that he becomes tangled up in a bunch of corruption, fraud and conspiracy that he never wanted to be a part of but somehow was not able to get away from.
This story is full of intrigue and mystery that seems like it could be ripped from today’s headlines. Seth has bit the hand that was feeding him and as a result is now on the run from that party as well as the U.S. government. He is not a whistle blower but is instead a fugitive. He’s also been charged with espionage and ends up finding safety with a classic enemy of America.
However, that peace is about to prove to be temporary and eventually broken as he discovers that he has involuntarily been placed in the role of spy. Thus starts a roller coaster ride of international intrigue and espionage that you won’t want to miss.
Seth goes along with his instincts and follows through with what he believes to be right. He’s looking at danger at nearly ever turn, but can he come out on top? Getting out of the country, Seth is now in a battle of wits against double agents and the CIA, bringing the message of how dangerous GMO foods are to the people so that they can be aware of it. Follow along to the end to find out how it ends!
To Russia for Love is the second book in the Involuntary Spy series by Kenneth Eade. Action, intrigue, and Seth Rogan are back for more in yet another suspenseful thriller series installment that you won’t want to miss!
Ukraine is at the start of what has the potential to be a civil war with a lot of blood spilled. Seth Rogan may not be a spy by choice, but now he is back in Russia regardless. Things get taken up a notch when he finds out that his girlfriend, also a Russian secret agent, goes missing while she is undercover on assignment in Ukraine through the political upheaval and the unrest.
His former employer is Germinat, the chemical company that makes GMO seeds. Could they have something to do with this? What would they get from the war happening, and is Germinat actually part of the reason or the main reason for his girlfriend disappearing? Anything is possible, and Seth Rogan is going to get to the bottom of it. Will he be successful, or will he be seen as too large a threat and placed in the crossfire? Read this thriller to find out!
