Kimberly Loth is an American author who has written the Stella and Sol series, the Sons of the Sand series, the Omega Mu Alpha Brothers series, and the Dragon Kings series.

She has lived all over the world in her life with time spent in the Ozarks, Cairo, Egypt, and Arizona where she currently lives. Loth loves talking about writing and often speaks in front of schools and book clubs.

God of the Sun is the first book in the Stella and Sol series. When Zwaantie is being forced to marry an enemy prince, but she’s not interested in doing that. Instead, she develops a plan to run away to a land where she can be free even if the sun never shines there. What she doesn’t realize ahead of time is that the danger that lurks in the darkness is much worse than the man she ran from.

The Stella and Sol series continues with Prince of the Moon. The book picks up after the events of the first book as Zwaantie is left and is now only hoping to go home. Stella is unlike any place she has ever experience, but she can’t stand it. It’s way too overwhelming with the bright lights and moving pictures. Then she makes a terrifying discovery of a voice that has followed her all this way. A voice that wants her dead.

The Smoking Lamp is the first book in the Sons of the Sand series. Gabe is a genie who has been imprisoned for three thousand years when he is summoned by Liv. The woman is everything that a genie could every want as she is young, naive, and beautiful. Gabe’s only thought is to elicit the death wish from her mouth, but that’s not what happens. Instead she does what Gabe didn’t think could be done and steals his heart. Gabe has two powerful desires that are fighting within him. One of them is to kill her, the other is to love her, and the longer that they are together the stronger the desires get.

The Sons of the Sand series continues with The Blazing Glass. The book continues after the events of the first book as Liv heads into the world of genies where a dark secret from the past is threatening to destroy everything. In order to get through, the two must face unspeakable horrors and make a very difficult decision about their future.

Snowfall and Secrets is the first book in the Omega Mu Alpha Brothers series. The story begins as Tess makes her escape from Florida and is now looking to lay low. She needs to hide from her family and Mackinac Island, Michigan seems like the perfect place to hide out and keep a low profile. She gets a place and her new landlord, Lukas, is extremely attractive to her. She keeps her distance at first, but when a Michigan blizzard leaves them trapped in the house together, things begin to heat up between them. As the two get closer, the only thing that could tear them apart is their secrets.

The Omega Mu Alpha Brothers series continued with Pyramids and Promises. Jessica Erickson is forced on the run from her mentally abusive ex-husband and flees Russia for the Cairo desert. The hot desert is the last place in the world she’d choose to go, but it is the only option that works for her right now. Unfortunately, she didn’t travel far enough as her ex is able to track her here. She finds Egypt to not be as bad as she imagined when she meets Conner Locke. He’s determined to show her the beauty in Cairo and within herself. She’s falling for him, but her issues with her ex as well as Conner’s own demons could stop them from finding the happiness they deserve.

Obsidian is the first book in the Dragon Kings series. Aspen isn’t quite sure how to act in front of the shifter dragon king and one wrong move could get her killed. However, Aspen doesn’t fear anything and tells him to get lost. Sid is just a reminder of the past that she’d rather forget, but Sid isn’t about to leave her alone because he believes that she is the one girl who could save him and the rest of the dragons. Falling in love isn’t part of the plan.

The second book in the Dragon Kings series is Aspen. When Marcellus died, Sid thought that would be the end of it, but he was wrong. With the others dying around him, Sid sets off to avenge the deaths and find a way to save his own life. As he gets closer to answers, he puts more people in danger. Sid is the only one with the power to end the killer’s rampage, but in order to do so it might cost him the one thing he holds dear in his life.

Valentine is the third book in the Dragon Kings series. Hazel’s heart skips when she learns that Rowan is missing and then she immediately gets on an airplane home. In order to fly, she needs to be heavily sedated and didn’t have time to get any medicine. On the flight, she is about to panic when a sexy stranger on her fight offers to hold her hand. Hazel grasps it tight for six hours until she lands on the ground. She learns more about her brother’s disappearance which shatters her whole world. She then makes the decision to find him on her own as everyone else believes him to be dead. What she finds will shock everyone.

Night of the Wolf Moon is the first book in the New World Shifters series that Kimberly co-wrote with Nina Walker. The story takes place in a village where girls are sacrificed to wolves. One girl isn’t supposed to be one, but when her sister can’t make the trip she must take her place.
