Corporal Goshawk is getting ready and adjusting to the way his new normal is, but as he is doing so, fate decides that it’s high time to throw a curve ball at him. Along with the help of his core team, Goshawk has to figure out how to contend with hardened fighters of war while also unraveling the various mysteries that are contained inside the machine world. Will he be able to bring home victory, all while keeping the Marines together and finding out the secrets of an alien past?
