Marcus Cass is an accomplished published author.
He was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, where he grew up. The author enjoys the magic of the city, the enchanting nature of which that he is able to find at every turn of its streets.
Marcus has been passionate about reading and has done it from an early age. Previously he would read crime mysteries and science fiction, something that he did until a friend recommended to him that he try out written works by Terry Goodkind. Marcus did and the result was that the stories permanently changed the outlook of this author, bringing him into a new fantasy world that has thousands of characters and many different settings.
Ever since then, Marcus has discovered so many different fantasy authors that he has been losing track of all of them. He may as well have read all of them. He had a job working as a software developer, something that didn’t give a lot of space to work out his imagination. Then another friend suggested that he attempt to put his fantasies down on paper. That is how Marcus began his own career in writing, which became a success when he was least expecting it.
Marcus is not able to picture living his regular life without being able to come up with new worlds constantly that include kindliness and magic. Marcus likes to travel, tell jokes that are awkward, write, and mess around with things that are technical.

If you have been looking for a new fantasy book to read and you want something unique and interesting, this likely the story for you. With interesting characters and being set in a completely different world, this story might just have the power to whisk you away from your regular everyday life and put you into a different place that lights up your imagination.
What would a master artificer require after he has gotten rid of a threat to the future empire? Just the opportunity to go after his craft and pursue it in peace. He was able to cheat death itself and go back to the city on the Neva that was built together with the Czar.
Three hundred years have gone by since and he is finding that just about everything has changed as a result. He has also woken up and found himself inside of the body of a young count who has a very strong reputation tied to scandal.
Despite all of this, he remains an artificer who is home. He is able to become stronger now, which is something that might happen just as soon as he deals with a few problems that are left over. If he can put a few nobles who really irritate him in their place, so much the better. What will happen and can he accomplish what he is after, or will this artificer run into more problems than he wishes to? Read this first book in Marcus Cass’s series to find out!

With the family rescued from falling apart and the old mansion being restored and standing strong once more, it seems that things are looking up at last. Alexander is planning on a new commission coming his way which will let him get back to the craft that he cares about so deeply.
The artifact that he is expected to make seems to be simple enough to make. He wonders whether there would be any problems that come along with it or discoveries that were not anticipated, but he cannot predict what is going to happen with any degree of certainty.
There’s so much going on with a new pairing of magic that has its own surprises as well as a cryptic message from the past coming along that wants to be unraveled. The only thing that is certain is that the future holds more adventure for him. Will he be able to handle what is coming his way, or is he woefully unprepared? Read this book to find out!
