Pascal Marco is an American published author. He is known for writing the books Identity: Lost and Render Safe.
Pascal was born on the South side of Chicago, on the far southeast side, where he grew up. He was the grandson of Italian immigrants and attended St. Francis de Sales Grammar School and High School. On his father’s advice, he stayed close to home and attended the University of Illinois Chicago, graduating with his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Communications and Theatre.
He continues to feel thankful and blessed every single day that he had the chance to grow up in the Windy City. He is happy that he grew up in a tight knit neighborhood and is proud of his working class roots and still maintains his passion for Chicago White Sox baseball. This place helped inspire him to come up with the rich, tough to forget characters that populated his debut novel Identity: Lost. The book would become an Amazon best-seller.
Upon input from his wife in 1994, Pascal decided that it was time to relocate and moved to Arizona to the Sonoran Desert. He became immersed in the Sonoran Desert through his volunteer time at Taliesen West, Frank Lloyd Wright’s studio. Here he would give tours of the architectural school’s complex and the desert that surrounded it. The beauty and the solace of the desert also helped renew his passion for writing. He would also join the Scottsdale Writers Group, which Marco recounts as being pivotal in helping him to develop his first novel and complete it.
His life long passion for The Chicago White Sox, the most under-appreciated team in baseball, ended up leading him to take on a position where he wrote op-ed pieces for the top fan web site of the team. This was after the Sox won the 2005 ALCS Championship and World Series after nearly a century of drought. He would write a regular feature for the site that was titled ‘Arizona Heat’ that followed the adventures of the fans as they went to the White Sox Spring Training season.
Today, Pascal continues to be an entrepreneur in the Chicago and Phoenix business communities. He owns a communications company and continues to do print and media work to this day. He has continued to stay connected to his roots in Chicago and still keeps in touch with family, friends, and classmates. He is married to his wife Karen and they reside in Mesa, Arizona. He has four children and many grandchildren. Karen works as a holistic nutritionist and coach.
He is a member of The International Thriller Writers group.

Render Safe is a 2016 novel written by Pascal Marco. This is a book that is a little older but if you give it a chance, you might find that this suspenseful thriller becomes one of your favorites.
A house explodes with the occupants still inside, a mother and her two children. Stan Kobe is the person who gets the call and shows up to the crime scene, which is tough to stomach. The father is a former bomb technician with the Air Force and immediately becomes the main suspect. It seems like this case is open and shut until he goes missing and is never found again.
It will be another decade that goes by before a triple homicide with similarities to this old cold case appears. Only Kobe recognizes the familiar patterns that mean that whoever did this could be responsible for the case that goes back a decade.
Stan believes that the homicides are related and starts off on a journey to prove his theory to law enforcement while doing his best to take on both crimes and try to solve them. While on his quest, he ends up finding more than he bargained for and gets to the bottom of what he thinks is a domestic terrorism plot that is going to try and hit the city’s infrastructure.
Stan also is starting to believe that he might not just be investigating these crimes– he may be a target also. Can he stop a terrorist plot to render the situation safe and protect those he cares about while also solving these cases, or is he in over his head? Read Render Safe to find out!
