.

This book starts with the Summer Olympics of 2012 in London. Given the security measures put in place, this was anticipated to be the safest Olympic Games ever. How wrong the authorities were. A terrorist attack during a soccer tournament at the Wembly Stadium disrupted the peace and sent shockwaves across the country and beyond. An Al-Qaeda claimed responsibility for the terror attack and the two countries involved could not help but get prepared in case the terrorists attack again.

Great Britain and the United States set to search for the terrorist that killed thousands of people and bring them to justice. Outbound flights out of Heathrow and to Paris have been shut down so the terrorist may have a hard time getting out of the country. Fortunately, Flights into London have not been affected.

What follows in a thrilling journey of a near-death experience as Snapshot, works to find and capture the terrorist. Her journey will without a doubt push her beyond her limits, and at some point, Jaclyn will be forced to go against everything she believes in and do something she never thought she would do in her career.

Aside from the thrill, this book offers a tour to the best that London has to offer. The story takes the reader on a journey to London through most of the notable landmarks.

This story is written from different viewpoints which make it more interesting. It is easy to understand the actions that Jaclyn took when she received information from the terrorist, law enforcement officers, and senior figures, among other characters. Most of the characters are strong women and this in addition to the cool gadgets, action, and the details on love and hate turns this into a real page-turner.

If you are looking for a thriller that is a bit different from the ordinary, the Rogue agent is ideal. The action is on another level, the characters are quite interesting, and the events are mostly unexpected. The brief on agent Jaclyn’s background and the way she does her job makes her an interesting character; you will be happy to know more about. This, coupled with the unexpected turns, and the author’s talent for storytelling, turns this into a great book to read whenever you need some action.
