Shari L. Tapscott is a published American author of fiction, mainly romantic fantasy adventure and contemporary romance stories.

Shari is a best-selling author. She loves to read a book or write something. When she is not busy doing that, she likes to garden, make soap, and attempt to sing. She knows what she likes, which include furry animals, white chocolate mochas, hanging out with her family, and some characters that just will not behave.

She is married and resides with her husband, children and pets in western Colorado.

Her name rhymes with starry. When it comes to a series, she likes to say that she collaborates on it with an author as opposed to saying co-author. The plot, idea and characters belong to both of the authors. They chat about the book as much as possible and then with Jake, Shari does the actual writing of the thing and asks him about certain things to go over or questions. When she finishes with some chapters, Jake will sit down and read them and then they will make the changes together. Newer scenes might inspire more ideas for scenes later on or different books in the series if talked out then.

She occasionally does blog interviews and encourages those that are interested to contact her. She writes endorsements for books from time to time, but is not currently taking on endorsement requests at the moment due to her family being very busy and having to cut back on commitments related to work.

Shari says that she does newsletter swaps, but only if she feels they are a good fit for her readers. Her writing process is always different and it will change from series to series or even book to book. She says that she knows key scenes that will happen and will connect dots as she goes along. She says that the constant thing about her writing is that the characters continue to show up fully formed, and Shari knows that she does not have that much control over them!

When it comes to Pippa, she has been tolerating being a minor her entire life. She’s also been told what she has to do for her entire life. She has been instructed to be a lady, to not go for a dip in the waterfall, don’t go in the woods to take a ride by moonlight.

Pippa has been looking forward to turning eighteen years old for as long as she can remember. To her, turning that age means that she finally has freedom. She doesn’t have to take any more lessons on with those boring tutors at least.

The only problem is that a new development has cropped up. The princess is supposed to be marrying the prince of Vernow, Lionel. It’s not something that she wants at all so Pippa thinks of a way that she can go along with it but also kind of get out of it at the same time.

Pippa gets her father to put on a traditional marriage tournament to fight for the honor of her hand. The tournament is a big deal and thirty men come to Lauramore just so that they can compete. This extends to the handsome Galinor, prince of Glendon.

Galidon has dark hair and blue eyes and is a total stunner. Pippa always thought that a prince would be something like him. He’s strong and he’s handsome, he’s true and he’s virtuous. Pippa falls for him right the and decides that she’s going to do whatever is possible to try and make sure that this prince is the winner of the tournament.

Does she mind that she is working on her friend Archer to win the tournament for Galinor? Will Pippa be able to secure her marriage with the handsome prince, or will she find out that she has fallen for the wrong candidate after all? Read this interesting fantasy book to find out!
