About Adam Morris

An American based translator and author, Adam Morris is well known for his writing as he is for his translations over the years. Understanding and identifying the core tenets of the text, he’s managed to get to the heart of each of subjects, perfectly adapting them into the English language. Working with a diverse range of authors, he has translated the work of writers such as Beatriz Bracher, Hilda Hist, along with Joao Gilberto Noll. This has paved the way to him becoming a writer of importance in his own right, creating a number of fiction and non-fiction works in recent times. Whether he’s writing about his own life, or the life of others, he is gifted at what he does, which is why so many have taken to his work.

Producing both fictional and non-fictional work, he has looked at a diverse range of subjects over the course of his writing career. Paying close attention to detail, it is a stand-alone that’s both well researched and easy to read, opening readers up to a potentially new and interesting subject.

As a work of non-fiction, this is extremely well researched providing the reader with an insight into an otherwise unseen way of life. Using various case-studies to draw from, this is an easily accessible and fascinating read for everyone, regardless of their background. Examining American culture generally, as well as looking at individual cases, it makes sure to leave nothing out of its studies. Witty and funny in equal measure, this really does make the most of its material, clearly displaying Morris’s talents as a writer. With a strong character driven narrative, he gets right to the very heart of what it is that makes his story and who he is. Giving him a strong arc he is not always likeable, but he is always compelling, constantly keeping the reader turning the page throughout. Told over a series of shorter stories and escapades, the momentum of the narrative is continually kept up throughout at all times.

Both a part-time muso and teacher, Saul is attempting to resolve all the big questions in life, as he tries to find a sense of reason within it all. Keeping a negative thoughts diary, he aims to make the most of drinking away the hours, whilst making the most of his unemployment benefit too.
