Adastra339 is a published author. They are the author of the Savage Awakening series as well as the Speedrunning the Multiverse series.

The Savage Awakening series premiered in 2024 with the first four books. Before that, the Speedrunning the Multiverse series were the books that the author was most known for. The Multiverse books debuted for reading audiences to enjoy in 2023.

The author says that their origin story in terms of writing can be traced back to a short story writing contest when they were in elementary school. When they were in the second grade, they came up with a story they described as ‘very awesome’ about two dragons dueling. Adastra339 says that the story lost to a dumb story that was totally boring and didn’t have any dragons at all, and they never got over it to this day.

Ever since that happened, they have been on their own personal quest to become the most awesome writer there ever was.

Savage Awakening: A LitRPG Apocalypse Adventure is the first book in the Savage Awakening series by Adastra339. If you like a good unique science fiction type story and are a fan of fantasy, check this story out for yourself!

The main character in this book is a guy named Zane. He’s your average dude but of course sometimes average dudes find themselves just living their lives and are suddenly flung into something totally random.

He’s on his way from work one day, driving in his car, when suddenly everything about the world shifted. There were thousands of dragons spawning all at one time, occupying various spaces of land, and you can barely see.

Things get worse instantly because the dragons are also directly occupying the space in front of his car and blocking the road. This naturally results in his car becoming completely totaled and taking personal damage on in the form of a broken leg.

He also has to contend with a goblin who is doing his very level best to try and spear Zane through with his weapon. That’s a novel introduction to a new reality, and as it turns out, things are just beginning.

Zane is surprised to find out that he actually likes being in this new world. Things may be brutal, but knowing that allows him to adapt to it in his own way. Others might try to keep to themselves and find someplace to hide, but Zane is going to boldly take this place as it is and make the most of it without trying to shy away anywhere hoping that everything goes well.

Zane starts going on the hunt and adapting to this world, and he soon finds that he’s thriving. He even unlocks a unique Berserker skill. The more that he fights and the more damage that he takes on, the stronger that he seems to be getting.

Before long, Zane is finding that he has full momentum and he’s doing better than he could have even expecting. He’s beating monster hordes, unlocking really strong skills, clearing out dungeons on his own, and setting out on his own to get more and more conquered. He’s going to go as far as he can and do as well as he can, because why not?

Just hours ago he was a regular guy commuting to work and living an average life. Now Zane is taking on this world and rocking it. He actually has a knack for fighting, which is great because this world is packed full of monsters and there are those with incredible powers. There are plenty of fights to be had.

Can Zane continue to thrive in this world, or will he find out that he got too cocky about his abilities? Does this world have yet more to show him? Can he figure out a way to thrive and find a niche for himself in this totally foreign ecosystem, and will he be returning to his old life and world anytime soon? Zane might just find out that he is pushed to his limits and tested in ways that he never imagined. This could end up being his ultimate test. Then there’s also Mike Masters. He’s the mafia ruler who oversees southern California.

He’s just found out that Zane has been killing off various minions of his, and he is none too pleased about it. This type of action demands vengeance, and he’s about to make things even. Then there is Zane’s brother Jason, who he is not too close with. The king of the East Coast apparently has a problem with him too and needs to talk it out.

Sometimes you’ve got to fight the best in order to become the best. Zane knows that he’s in for the ride of his life. The only question is whether he’s up for the challenge.
