Apryl Baker is an American author. She says that she has an imagination that is so active that it is rarely ever quiet!

She also says that she happens to really love any and all scary movies. She does get scared when she watches them, but her friends are amuse , d by this fact. Even though they regularly advise her to stop continuing this habit of watching scary and horror genre movies, she says that there is something about her that loves getting scared.

Baker grew up in West Virginia in a small town that was tucked into its southern mountains. She spent a lot of time there exploring the many woods there, taking the time to climb up a tree and cause general chaos while running around outdoors. She would stay up late at night to read her Nancy Drew mystery books under her covers– at least until her parents would tell her to put it down and go to bed.

Apryl says that she did grow up in what was considered a small town, and like most like it, she picked up on many morals and values. She has by now find out that her parents always have a set of ears everywhere so there is always someone that is going to tell your mother if you do something bad! She was grounded a couple of times and that was Apryl’s first exposure to reading a ton of books (since she had nothing else remaining to do while she was grounded).

She says that her first romance novel made her realize that she was interested in the paranormal and really enjoyed mysteries. When she was growing up, she decided to try her hand at writing and would do things to entertain her friends by writing stories mainly featuring all of them in the stories as the central characters.

The author currently resides in Huntersville, North Carolina. She likes living there with her family and enjoys watching the cats and the birds interact, with the birds swooping and diving up to tease the cats in the neighborhood and eventually the cats begin making noise as their avian foes continue to play games.

She enjoys books, writing, and entertaining others thanks to her stories. She says that her true home other than her actual home is Target, and if she’s at the store and there are things on sale, do not get in her way!

Apryl Baker is the creator and the author of the Coven series. This fictional series kicked off with the release of The Promise. This debut book came out in 2011 and has since had other editions come out. The Oath came out shortly after it.

The Promise is the first book in the Coven series by author Apryl Baker. Readers get to meet the main character of CJ. She is a girl that has some awesome shoes, but are they and her spunky spirit going to be enough to compete with a coven leader that is maniacal enough to bring a storm upon the town strong enough to bring it down?

It’s up to CJ to find out. She is still trying to do everything that she can to prepare for the coming darkness and hopefully do what she can to salvage the town. The only thing that she knows for sure is something is coming down the line and she’s going to have to be ready.

There was a lot going on with it all, and now she’s finding that it’s all getting a bit out of control. On top of that, she’s having flashes of an image of fire and smoke that burns her eyes and feels the heat of flames and her own deep fear. CJ is worried that she is going to follow in the path of her ancestors in the village of New Salem and be burned to death just as they did centuries before.

CJ feels that she really could have been wrong about so much, but there’s no time to worry about that now. She has to do her best to save the town. Meanwhile, Cassie Jayne is someone that never believed that Coven the town was a real thing. Then a stranger shows up in New Salem, which is a relatively sleepy town now.

The stranger may just prove that everything that CJ thought to be true may just be coming swiftly undone. The new guy here is named Ethan, and his appearance is bound to change a lot. He is someone that is able to make her think about things and question what she believes to be true. That even includes the death of her sister all those years ago.

There are a lot of clues when it comes to her sister and the reason why she may have died. For her part, CJ thinks that it could be the Coven that caused her sister to pass away. But when she goes looking for answers, she may find out that you should be careful what you go out searching for.

Cassie thought that she could handle the truth, but what happens if what she discovers is a terror that she was better off without? Soul shaking revelations remain in this thrilling debut in the Coven series.

The Oath is the exciting and paranormal sequel to the first book in Baker’s Coven series! Meet Melinda, who thinks that she finally has a handle on her sister’s death when she finds her diary. She always had questions about why her half-sister would do that.

Mel is a witch. Once she finds the diary, she discovers that it was most likely a spell that caused her sister to do it. Who would have caused that spell but other witches or a coven? Melinda can do magic herself and is driven mad with her need for revenge.
