Beth Bolden is a bestselling romance author and lifelong Oregonian that recently moved to North Carolina. The author has asserted that she has been writing ever since she learned to hold a pen in her hand.

Her first foray into fiction writing was when she wrote “Big Bear with Sparkly Earrings.” Her first success came when she published “The Lucky Charm,” the debut novel of the “Portland Pioneers” series of novels.

This would turn out to be relatively successful work that would give her the confidence she needed to become an author. Bolden now has more than three dozen titles to her name across more than seven series and several novellas.

She currently lives with her husband and Earl Grey their sweet kitten in North Carolina.

Even though “The Lucky Charm” was her first big success, the novel that would shape Beth Bolden’s career more than any other was “The Rainbow Clause,” her first gay romance.

In a lot of ways, it set out just what kind of romance she would write in the future. Coming with a bisexual hero, and introduces themes such as support, acceptance, and loyalty.

It is a novel that has stood the test of time as different versions of her leads continue to show up in her other novels. Over the years, she has come to be known for writing enemies-to-lovers stories.

Other tropes she has been known to write about include forced proximity, fake boyfriend, and bisexual awakening. She also loves writing about closed-off and snarky characters who often make the perfect people for enemies to lovers’ stories.

Having has a lot of false starts and stumbles over the years, Beth Bolden has several half unwritten manuscripts on his hard drive that may never see the light of day.

She has a small collection of half-built-out characters and plots. Many of these she has not looked at in months and some years.

One of the most significant of these manuscripts that she has been contemplating finishing for years is the sequel to “Yours Forever After” in “Yours Everlasting,” the romantic fantasy that he published in 2022.

“Bite Me” by Beth Bolden tells the story of Miles Costa, a talented pastry chef who is super bored.

Getting to be a chef at the Terroir restaurant in Napa Valley should be the biggest thing that ever happened to him but he is not so happy. He finds it a creative desert and hence when someone offers to turn his tutorials into online videos, he grabs at the chance.

He abandons his Napa Valley friends and leaves Terroir behind to go to Los Angeles. He now has all the resources he needs and he believes his new video series would be a hit.

But then Evan Patterson his producer tells him that he is screwed in the worst way possible. The producer is a man obsessed with his job and Miles loathes him as he pushes him too sad.

But that is not the only thing he hates, given that Evan also wants to micromanage every aspect so his life. Evan knows nothing about the culinary arts and Miles is not ready to educate him.

Things start to change when he makes a rainbow of sweet cakes that Evans just cannot resist. The interesting thing is that every confrontation that they have only make the intensity of their chemistry grow even more volatile.

In time they are not sure if what they feel is hatred or something totally different.

Beth Bolden’s novel “Catch Me” opens with chef Wyatt Blake about to quit his thankless job. He does not feel appreciated instead, he gets a lot of abuse, zero praise, and usually spends more than twelve hours on the floor of the Terroir kitchens.

A friend tells him about a private chef position but even though he will get a huge pay rise he never imagined himself babysitting some entitled family in Los Angeles. Blake is surprised to find that the family he will be working for is nothing like the Kardashians.

He will be working for a gay professional basketball player Ryan Flores. His employer is at a crossroads in his career as he has been told by the management that he needs to become more responsible. This would mean no more adrenaline-filled stunts and the end of late-night hookups.

According to his agent, the solution to his problem is to find a fake boyfriend who will provide an air of domesticity and get management off his back. He was reluctant until he spotted the cute private chef having a drink at the local bar the day before the interview. Maybe Wyatt will not be so bad after all.
On his part, Wyatt thinks his boss could be something more to him but he is not so sure he is ready to leave the kitchen floor and become the official boyfriend of a professional basketballer.

“Savor Me” by Beth is the story of chef Xander Bridges who leaves the safety and warmth of his car on a stormy and cold night to approach a stranger. What he does not know is that this night would shape his entire future.

He has had a desire to quit his job for several years now but never saw any good opportunities to do so. As such, he has been stuck in a painful and long rut until he meets the stranger.

Maybe with someone like Damon in his life, he may stop being the sarcastic and bitter man that everyone knew him to be. Damon Hess demands more given that he has an alcoholic past and grey area will no longer do it for him. He wants love or indifference, white or black, drunk or sober.

The chance meeting with Damon opens his eyes as he gets hope, which is something he has not had in years. He is hopeful of getting affection and companionship and is also hoping that he can finally have a future that he can believe in.

But the more time he spends with Xander, the more Damon comes to realize that the key to a better life is to have Xander by his side.
