C.A. Harms is a new adult romance and general romance novelist that is also an avid mystery and romance reader. She is an author that has always loved books and hence she often got lost in storytelling and writing even as a young girl.

She loves to call herself a mother of two that is married to her high school sweetheart. Literature is something that she has always loved, which means she has always been reading.

Harms currently makes her home in Illinois and loves spending time with her husband and two kids. She is a fun and easy-going person who does seem quiet on the first meeting but lets out her personality once you get to know each other.

She is very much addicted to KitKat and White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks.

Growing up, C.A. Harms always had a love for writing as she was inspired by her grade school English teacher. She was always making up stories in her head and she would help her put them on paper.

Harms published “Desired Affliction” her debut novel in 2013 and has never looked back since. The prolific author now has more than sixty novels to her name spread over more than eighteen series of novels and single-standing titles.

She first considered herself an author when she started getting some good reviews from her readers. It was surreal to see her name on the cover of novels and she still is amazed that she has real fans.

Harms was inspired to pen her debut novel when someone in her extended family died in a car accident.

Just like he writes in different genres, C.A. Harms does not have a specific writing style. All he wants to do is put down his emotions on paper as he wants to leave fans feeling the motions of the characters that populate his novels.

Just like with his debut novel, he has a tendency to take inspiration from his experiences, which he then rearranges and makes into a story.
As for the author that has influenced his life the most, it has to be James Patterson and Nora Roberts, whose works she tries as much as possible to emulate. Still, she has said that she does write just to share her thought with readers.

She finds writing to be an escape from daily life and something of a hobby since even though she is a prolific author she still works a day job.

When she is not writing her novels, she can usually be found filling out crossword puzzles and scrapbooking.

She is also a huge lover of film and TV and loves good horror films, chick flicks, and romance titles. Some of her favorite shows include “Chicago Fire” and “Parenthood.”

“Forgiving Reed” by C.A. Harms is an interesting novel that introduces a woman named Kori.

She has been betrayed by her best friend and first boyfriend in the worst way possible. Kori had walked in to find Reed getting oral sex from the community whore and she could not have been more heartbroken.

She left town to go to college and spent a year in mourning. Kori is fortunate enough to meet Blake, a lovely man that whom she starts a relationship. It is not long before she is pregnant with his baby.

But misfortune continues to dog her steps as Blake gets into an accident and dies. She is forced to go back to her small town to mourn the love of her life.

“Loving Colt” by C.A. Harms is a thrilling romance novel that introduces single mother Alexis. She is the mother to Maddison one of the most adorable little girls ever.

The two are looking for a fresh start as they ran away from someone in Alexis’s past. But what would really get things going was a chance encounter that would change both their lives.

Deep down, Colt is craving and wanting love just like what his sister has even though he is not actively looking for it as he is not sure if he is set out for it. He has his family, his friends, and work and thinks he is fine until he bumps into Alexis.

As for the latter, she is not ready for a relationship since she has been through a lot. But they have feelings for each other and hence they agree to become friends for the time being.

This is easier said than done but they have a deeper connection and denying their feelings is hard. That being said, they still have their ups and downs before they make the decision to try out a romantic relationship.
