Callie Rose is a bestselling romance author who has made a name for herself writing some explosive romance. Her novels are known for having redemption stories, strong FMCs, tortured bad boys and twisty plots.

The twenty six year old author wrote “Savage Royals” her debut novel and first of the “Boys of Oak Park Prep” series in 2019. Since then, she has become a prolific author with more than twenty three novels across more than seven series.

When she is not writing her novels she can be found lounging with her husband and puppy, bingeing Netflix shows and drinking wine. She is also huge on travel and loves to see new things and new places which are usually the inspiration for many of her novels.

Rose loves to read angsty books but when it comes to TV comedies are her bread and butter. She loves reading reverse harem novels which she discovered several years ago and has never stopped reading them.

Growing up, Callie Rose always wanted to become an author and this always makes her grateful that she is living her dream. Writing is something that she always loved to do and when she was in school, she would take any opportunity to take an assignment or project into a story.

Once she graduated from college, she became more serious with her writing even though it would take several years before she decided to take a stab at publishing. She is now glad that she took the plunge since becoming an author changed her life as it has become more than a hobby.

She always has so many stories swirling in her head and she has said that it feels incredible sharing those stories with others. However, unlike many authors, she never did have that one light bulb moment when she decided to become an author.

What she had was a dawning realization following a slow build that ultimately made her acknowledge that writing was the only thing she ever wanted to do.
Callie Rose has said that she loves writing for long stretches of time as compared to many of her friends who write in short bursts. She can often be found sitting at her laptop where she can stay for hours writing to exhaustion.

Still, she does say that the longer she has been writing the better she gets as she feels like she channels her character that she feels like she is in a movie watching them.

Callie Rose believes that what has made her very successful as an author is the fact that she had the determination not to give up. She believes many aspiring authors have everything they need in their heads and just like her, all they need is drive and patience to keep going until something happens.
Still, she also believes in the importance of having tribes who can help you on the journey. In her case, she found a lot of support from her writer friends who built her up when she was being torn down by vicious critics of her work.

While it was all worth it in the end, she would not have made it if she did not have her tribes.

“The Help” by Callie Rose is a thrilling high school drama that is infused with a bit of mystery to make for an explosive story. At the opening of the story, Harlow’s mother just got employed as an executive housekeeper necessitating the move to Connecticut from Arizona.

Harlow had gotten used to living in a dirty low class neighborhood and now has to live in Fox Hill, a wealthy suburb in Connecticut. Her mother will be working for the black family and since she will be earning a good amount of money, Harlow has been enrolled in private school.

She will be studying with Lincoln who is the son of Samuel Black her mother’s employer. Lincoln is the school bully and with his friends they pull all manner of stunts including calling Harlow “the help” and basically making her life hell.

But then they are all brought close together when they witness a tragic event together. They now have to work together to uncover a bizarre mystery even as they protect themselves.

Callie Rose’s novel “The Lie” is an enjoyable novel that follows on from the events of the first novel of the “Kings of Linwood Academy” series of novels.
The relationship between the boys and Harlow goes deeper making for a cute dynamic. It is beautiful seeing how the friends back each other and support one another no matter what the situation is.

The friends are still searching for Iris’s killer who they only saw as a man wearing a ski mask.
While she has found new friends, Harlow is stressed out given that her mother is in jail. Because of her stress, she often misses school as she does not have the motivation to do her school work while she is working on trying to get her mother out.

But she still helps the boys track down the killer even as the bonds they have with each other continues to grow stronger. Just like the other novel this one too ends in a cliffhanger as the author leaves the readers craving for what happens next.

Callie Rose’s third novel of the “Kings of Linwood Academy” series of novels “The Risk” is a fun read that wraps up the story that started in the debut as Iris’s murderer is uncovered. Harlow and her friends have worked hard and finally managed to expose the killer.

But with her mother still in jail, Harlow is still in a depressive mood but her friends are helping her in trying to get her mother out of prison. It turns out that knowing the identity of Iris’s killer is not the only shocker as they find out a shocking motive for the killer.
The friends now realize that they may have gotten in too deep and there is no way out of a sticky situation.
