Cambric Creek (Series by C.M. Nascosta)
Welcome to Cambric Creek. A place where the neighbors are just a little unconventional and the full moon affects more than merely the night sky. Adorable mothmen, sexy werewolves, and randy minotaurs welcome readers to settle in and make yourselves at home!

Are you tired of the typical, run-of-the-mill romances that feature the same old boring Chad next door? Are you longing for a bit of claw and fang in your love story (maybe even a few tentacles for good measure)? Do human/non-human love stories with a scorching heat level and a lot of heart get your pulse racing? If so, then set a trap for love with Monster Bait!

Each of these books can be read as stand alones.

“Morning Glory Milking Farm” is the first novel in the “Cambric Creek” series and was released in 2021. Violet’s your usual, down-on-her-luck millennial: over-educated, mid-twenties, and drowning in debt, close to moving into her parents’ basement. When a lifeline shows up taking the form of a very unconventional job in neighboring Cambric Creek, she’s got no choice but to grab at it with both hands.

Morning Glory Milking Farm offers full benefits, full time hours, and generous pay without any experience needed. But there’s a catch. The clientele is Grade A certified prime beef, with the meaty, manly endowments to match. Milking minotaurs is not something that Violet ever considered to be a career option however she is determined to turn this opportunity into a reversal of her fortune.

When a deep voiced and stern client starts specially request her for his milking sessions, maintaining her professionalism and keeping from dreaming about the guy is much easier said than done. Violet is resolved to just make a dent in her student loans and afford name-brand orange juice, and a one-sided crush on some out-of-her-league minotaur isn’t a part of her plan, unless her feelings are not so one-sided after all.

“Morning Glory Milking Farm” is a short monster/human romance novel, that features a high heat slow burn with a ton of heart. Content warnings include: non-human anatomy, cock milking, a lot of fluid, and size difference.

This is a fantastic read with excellent writing, and a romance that was incredibly sweet and hot. Readers enjoyed how cute this novel was and hated to see it end, and wished they could live on as a fly on the wall to see what happens next.

“Sweet Berries” is the second novel in the “Cambric Creek” series and was released in 2022. Grace has got a community that she adores, a job that she loves, and enough friends, however her lack of bedroom action has left this event planner far too horny to think.

When an ill-advised night at the bar leads to her giving an exhibitionistic show to some unknown presence outside her bedroom window, she believes she has hit a new low. Her voyeur winds up being a nebbishly charming mothman, she has to decide if she can trust her body, as well as her heart, with this garnet eyed stranger before he flies outta her life forever.

This is a human/monster romance novel that features high heat and a ton of heart, and a happily ever after that’s guaranteed.

C.M. Nascosta delivers amazing smut and a relatable heroine. Fans of the book fell especially for the mothman, as it was amazing to see a different sort of male lead. He was anxious, shy, and awkward. It’s easy to fall in love with the guy and his charm.

“Moon Blooded Breeding Clinic” is the third novel in the “Cambric Creek” series and was released in 2022. Lowell Hemming is stuck. Grounded from his photographer job, this world traveler werewolf is pulling his hair out having to return to his small hometown, without any end to the current situation in sight. The first Hemming to leave Cambric Creek in several generations, and is feeling pressured by his mom to move back home permanently, is chafed by his inescapable family name, and hasn’t gotten laid in months now. When he picks up this intriguingly-worded flyer, he hopes that his boredom will soon end.

Moriah, for the first time in her life, has got an open door of possibility before her. Recently divorced, she owns her own home, her interior design business has been thriving, and she’s free to do what she has always wanted: travel around the world. Only one thing’s holding her back: her desire to have a child. After trying to for years, to her marriage’s erosion, she is ready to set her dreams of travel aside and take rather drastic measures to get the only thing that her heart desires above anything else.

Moon Blooded Breeding Clinic offers up a unique service: trigger a heat, and breed with a werewolf in a controlled environment, just before the full moon. Their success rates are much higher than multi-species IVF, much cheaper than adoption, and a lot more enjoyable than most trips out to a clinic.

Moriah selects a handsome, dark-haired werewolf out of their catalog, it seems as simple as buying herself a pair of shoes. She does not count on liking the guy. He is sexy, funny, and once she takes his knot, she’s not sure if she’ll ever be able to see their relationship as just a transaction.

Lowell gets the call that he’s been selected by a patient of the clinic, all that he is looking forward to is scratching a physical itch and potentially unlocking a new medical kink. Catching feelings isn’t part of this contract. However when he meets the beautiful little redhead that selected him, walking away from her after he’s fulfilled his end of the deal is tougher than he first thought. Hard to think about leaving, and it’s not even the only thing that she makes hard.

This novel is sweet, super hot, and totally hysterical, making readers laugh out so many times while reading the novel. Moriah and Lowell are cheerful, genuine, and so likable, and their chemistry sparked so very intensely right from the first time they met.
