Cold Case Psychic series by Pandora Pine

Author Pandora Pine pens the “Cold Case Psychic” series of paranormal romance novels. The series began publication in the year 2018, when “Dead Speak” was released.

The series stars Tennyson Grimm, a psychic, as well as Ronan O’Mara, a Detective for the Boston Police Department. Ronan winds up demoted to the cold case squad after he shot a suspect on the job. Tennyson and Ronan are partnered up in an effort to give the BPD a badly needed image makeover.

“Dead Speak” is the first novel in the “Cold Case Psychic” series, which was released in the year 2018. Ronan’s first case with the cold case squad is a five year old boy, named Michael Frye, who went missing seven years ago. There are no new leads or new witnesses to interview, so Ronan has to start over from scratch if he is to solve the case. He catches a glimpse of an attractive local psychic on television, and figures he does not have a whole lot to lose in getting the guy to help him find this missing kid.

Things look up for Tennyson Grimm at the moment after he aided the South Shore cops find a missing kid. He is being courted by a local network for a program where he would be able to showcase a few of his talents. He’s got zero idea that his noon appointment with a customer, that winds up being a cop, is going to alter the course of both his life and career.

With the blessing from BPD, Ronan is allowed to get Tennyson’s help and have him along on the Frye case. Being thrown in front of cameras is not ever easy, but throw in an emotional missing persons case, a tight-lipped spirit, and a skeptical cop. It is going to put a strain on both guys as well as their working relationship.

The kid’s body is found, and the hunt to find his killer has begun. As Tennyson and Ronan investigate, they get closer during this mission to solve the case, their initial attraction they have blows up into an intense passion that neither guy is able to keep contained.

Will working together to bring Michael’s murderer to justice going to seal their new bond? Or will unexpected revelations during this case going to tear them both to shreds?

“Dead Reckoning” is the second novel in the “Cold Case Psychic” series, which was released in the year 2018. A young male hooker’s spirit visits Tennyson and asks to find the guy that brutally killed him, and Tennyson has no choice to say yes. They are only able to communicate through images, instead of words. It makes getting any info out of the young man slow going and frustrating.

Ronan O’Mara has been doing well solving cases since Tennyson and he teamed up previously to solve the Michael Frye case. The fiery romance that was blooming between the men while they investigated the case fizzled due to Ronan’s self-confessed pigheadedness.

The two agree to work together, despite the rift developed in their relationship, and they find that they are in for more than they bargained for because Tennyson is visited by more victims.

They could have a serial killer on their hands, they realize and work together tirelessly to make sure the killer is unable to kill again. The killer targets a prominent member from the Boston Police Department’s kid, are Ronan and Tennysons going to save him before there is no time left?

“Dead Silent” is the third novel in the “Cold Case Psychic” series, which was released in the year 2018. After the Justin Wilson came to a dramatic end, Tennyson heads to a small island close to the coast of Maine, with the hopes that he can clear his head and renew his spirits. The dead are not allowing Tennyson to get any rest, the psychic curses his talents and orders all of the spirits to leave. He wakes the next morning to absolute silence, and he finds that there is truth in the saying that you should be careful what you go wishing for.

Ronan has been given a much more sedate cold case to solve this time around. This good looking cop is too happy to oblige. He picks the case of a family patriarch that was killed in 1997 from twenty years before on the night of Christmas. The suspects are his wife or daughter, both were with him when the guy died. Ronan believes this is an easy case. All he has to do is get his favorite medium to talk to the dead guy’s spirit.

Tennyson tells the truth about what happened while he was in Maine, and he is required to take a hard look at who he thought he was and what his gift truly means. Ronan does his best to aid his lover with his new normal, as he uses some old-fashioned police work to solve the case that involves a family that puts the dis in dysfunction.

Will Tennyson be able to find the key to unlock his gift? Or will the spirits going to remain dead silent on him?

“Dead Weight” is the fourth novel in the “Cold Case Psychic” series, which was released in the year 2018. Ronan is looking forward to beginning a new life in his new home, but a strange house warming gift winds up on his doorstep. He has zero idea that it will set off a series of events that is going to put his life and lives of those close to him, in danger. Killings similar to those that were committed by Rod Jacobson, a dead serial killer, start happening all around Boston, Ronan is sure there is a copycat killer at work.

Tennyson Grimm is approached by some friends for assistance in dealing with some issues that surround their son. He soon realizes that there is much more going on with the kid than just teenage angst. He doesn’t want to believe it, a series of odd paranormal occurrences and his psychic abilities point to a connection between the troubled kid and all the murder victims turning up in Boston.

After Ronan is attacked during their investigating, it is up to Captain Fitzgibbon and Tennyson to track down the killer without him. Are they going to be able to catch the killer before the evil surrounding him destroys all of them?
