This series is comprised of a total of 9 novels and 1 novella, which were released between the years 2013 and 2015. The debut book of this series is entitled ‘The Cowboy’s Email Order Bride’. Author Seton has mentioned the main characters in this book as Autumn Leeds and Ethan Cruz. Published in 2013 by the One Acre publication, the story is set in Montana, the US. At the story’s beginning, it is depicted that Ethan Cruz drives to the airport in order to pick up the unknown bride that is coming to get married to him. Ethan had played a joke battle with his friend named Rob Matheson and lost. Now, Rob has made Ethan to complete this dare. Ethan intends to explain everything to the arriving lady and send her home from the airport itself. But, when he sees the beautiful Autumn Leeds for the first time, he cannot resist the temptation. He realizes that he has to get married some day anyhow, so why not make Autumn his bride. Autumn is shown as working for a city magazine. She is in desperate need of a story or else she is going to lose her contract. And when Autumn Leeds hears the story of the mail order bride, she decides to go for it. Autumn herself plays the mail-order bride. After reaching Montana, she sees the amazingly handsome Ethan Cruz and begins to think of him as the perfect future cowboy husband. However, she does not intend to get passionate with the cowboy. But, her feeling of attraction does not seem to have any control over her. So, ends up spending a night full of passion with Ethan. Later, Ethan wishes to tell the truth to Autumn and also explain his miserable condition because of the huge debts on his head. He is about to become homeless and lose his ranch. But, Ethan does not want to lose Autumn Leeds. Autumn too is more concerned about saving her contract and her career. After becoming pregnant with Ethan’s child she thinks of marrying him and staying with him forever.

The next book written in the series is titled ‘The Cowboy Wins A Bride’. It features Jamie Lassiter and Claire Cruz as the chief characters. As the story begins, Jamie Lassiter is introduced as having the intention of marrying the sister of his best friend and settling down in life. He prepares himself for the occasion and sets up everything. And when the day comes, finally, he cannot find Claire Cruz anywhere. She appears to have left Montana with the plan of going to different places of the world. Claire does not have any interest in cowboys or marrying one of them. Claire is required to get the tickets before she could leave Chance Creek forever. In his desperation to make Claire change her mind, Jamie Lassiter makes a challenge to her. He states that he will convince her to become his wife within a period of 6 weeks or else, he will pay for her entire trip. Claire accepts the challenge with the condition that Jamie will not touch her or anyone else until the challenge period. As the deadline comes nearer, Claire starts feeling that she actually loves Jamie and the ranch. Therefore, she lets go of her ego and happily loses the bet and her heart to Jamie Lassiter.
