The “Country Cottage Mystery” series is written by Bellamy Bloom and Addison Moore. It began publication in the year 2019 when “Kittyzen’s Arrest” was released.

Her name is Bizzy Baker, and she is able to read minds. Not every mind and not every time but most of the time and believe her when she says it isn’t all that it is cracked up to be.

“Kittyzen’s Arrest” is the first novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2019. Bizzy runs the Country Cottage Inn, and can pry into the darkest recesses of both the animal and human mind. She’s also just found a body. With the aid of Fish (her kitten), Sherlock Bones (a mutt), and one ornery yet incredibly good looking homicide cop, she’s determined to track down the killer.

Cider Cove, Maine is the best destination for relaxation and fun. However when a body shows up, it is the prime destination for murder too. The Country Cottage Inn is renowned for its hospitality. However leaving can be murder.

“Dog Days of Murder” is the second novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2019. A seminar on how to catch the most perfect man is being held at the Country Cottage Inn, however with a killer on the loose, the one thing that is in store for guests is just a lesson on murder.

Not only does Bizzy have another homicide to deal with but Jasper’s ex has come to town and she looks to take back what used to be hers. It is currently October in Cider Cove. There is a fight around each corner, and there is a killer closer than she is willing to believe.

“Santa Claws Calamity” is the third novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2019. Christmastime in Cider Cove and the time has come for the yearly house decorating competition. However on the night set to pick out the winner, the residents of Candy Cane Lane get a lot more than they bargained for. As not only do they get an award, they get murder.

“Bow Wow Big House” is the fourth novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2019. The local shelter is putting on a doggie fashion show and hopefully all of the dogs are going to find a home. Bizzy has been enlisted to help with this endeavor, and is more than happy to do so

However trouble appears to follow her wherever she goes and that corpse she stumbled across soon makes things more complex. Not to mention that a certain somebody is determined to out her mind reading abilities, and this time around, they just might succeed.

“Murder Bites” is the fifth novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2020. Valentine’s Day is almost here and the Country Cottage Inn is hosting all kinds of romantic shenanigans. The very first love-inspired event that is on the agenda is a night meant for singles to get together and mingle.

However this mass blind date with cupid goes terribly wrong when a host winds up just as dead as a heart shaped doornail. It definitely doesn’t make things any better when Bizzy is the one found holding the murder weapon, because like any good homicide cop knows, that puts her right at the top of the list of suspects.

“Felines and Fatalities” is the sixth novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2020. A senior citizen bake off is being held at the inn and Lottie Lemon (one of the bakers) has shown up to be a judge. However when somebody winds up dead, accompanied by this mysterious riddle, both Bizzy and Lottie are determined to track down the killer.

However while the riddles get more sinister, and some other threats start manifesting, it is obvious that somebody has got a bone to pick with her and Lottie. Their very lives are in danger, proving that this case may just be too big for each of them.

“A Killer Tail” is the seventh novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2020. The local bookstore in Cider Cove is throwing a murder mystery party and everybody in attendance is having a killer great time. Right up until the corpse turns up. It does not help any that Bizzy has just announced that she was the perpetrator herself.

It also does not help that the whole town believes she just might actually be the killer. She has to clear her good name, and most importantly, she needs to track down the true killer before another homicide occurs, namely Bizzy’s.

“Cat Scratch Cleaver” is the eighth novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2020. The inn is getting featured in a movie and it appears as though all of Hollywood has come to Cider Cove. However there is something sinister happening. One of the film’s lead actors winds up dead.

Making things worse, there is somebody that is going around, terrorizing the guests of the inn. The guests might be on edge, however Bizzy is determined to put a stop to this killer’s reign of terror.

“Just Buried” is the ninth novel in the “Country Cottage Mystery” series and was released in the year 2020. It is September and this means two things: fall is coming to Cider Cove and Bizzy’s wedding day is coming. And as if getting ready for her wedding was not enough, there is another wedding happening at the inn that she has to tend to.

One of her old friends from college is also getting married at the inn too. Add in a pushy mother in-law-to-be and one wedding party at war, and it adds up to enough to make Bizzy want to run off and elope. However when somebody in the wedding party winds up dead, it really puts a damper on the festivities all the way round.
