Cynthia D’Alba is a USA Today and New York Times bestselling author from the United States.

The author was born and brought up in a very small town in Arkansas but left as an adult. She would then come back home as she went on to buy a lakeside cottage on a thousand acres, from where she writes her novels.

She has asserted that she got into writing when in 2006 her husband challenged her to try her hand at what had always been her dream. She soon discovered that writing about imaginary sex between some handsome men and gorgeous women was a lot of fun.
