“Speak of the Demon” is the first novel in the “Deals with Demons” series and was released in 2021. Danica hunts demons, she never works for them. And she promised her mom a single thing before she got murdered. Under no circumstances, would she ever go near the high demons. However she will break this promise again and again if it helps her avenge her death.

When her single lead ends up dead in the middle of demon territory, Danica is in deep shit suddenly. Violence in Samael’s club results in a death sentence, unless he’s able to use you. And, as it turns out, the scariest demon in all of the Triangle has got a use for little ol Danica.

Demons are getting slaughtered. His demons. And as a bounty hunter, it is all up to her to figure out who it is that would dare hurt his people. Danica has just two weeks to find this killer, and should she fail, she is bonded to Samael forever. Samael is sure that Danica will be his, however she is not the sort of girl that risks her freedom for some demon. She is type of girl that will not allow anybody to get in the way of her vengeance, not even the Machiavellian control freak that believes he can run her life.

Only problem? She has pissed the wrong people off. Now she is the one getting hunted, and somebody is coming after her with everything that they have. However she is never more dangerous than when her back is up against the wall. And she is ready to come out swinging.

Readers enjoyed the mystery aspect of the storyline, and loved Danica, who has thoughts throughout the novel that make it so easy to connect to her. She makes you laugh and allows you to see her world in such a vivid and easy way.

“Dance with the Demon” is the second novel in the “Deals with Demons” series and was released in 2021. What could be scarier than hunting down demons? Getting bonded to one of them. Ever since Danica got involved with the demons, her life has just fallen to pieces.

Now she is persona non grata with the mage council. And because of Danica, her sister’s in danger. If that was not bad enough, she is also the prime suspect in some attempted murder. However it does get worse, she is learning that everything she believed she knew about herself was just a lie. And the underhanded demon that bonded with her? Well, he is certain that he will be able to keep her.

When this ancient fae artifact comes up missing, Danica will have to use each and every trick that’s up her sleeve in order to track it down. Somebody wants to watch the whole world burn, and if Danica is unable to stop them, every paranormal alive becomes a target.

So, armed with this power that Danica doesn’t understand, and with a demon that she doesn’t trust at her side, it is up to Danica to dodge all the people that want her dead and keep her city safe. Before Samael loses patience with whomever it is that’s hunting her and burns this city down all by himself.

“Inner Demon” is the third novel in the “Deals with Demons” series and was released in 2021. Danica is a loose cannon and stubborn, while he is an arrogant control freak. They are a match made in hell. Luckily, that is Samael’s hometown.

After the Mage Council excised Danica publicly, she got her first real case finally. And she has even taken on a brand new employee, this werewolf that has impulse control problems. However Danica’s sister just lost everybody she loves, and she is begging for her to ask Samael for help. So whether Danica likes it or not, she needs to call on the high demon’s resources. Since anybody that is able to murder that many witches has the sort of power that they cannot afford to just ignore.

However the more that Danica continues to work with Samael, the more that Danica realizes just who he really is beneath the mask that he wears for everybody else. And the demon that she never wanted? He just may be the love that she never knew she needed.

“Luck of the Demon” is the fourth novel in the “Deals with Demons” series and was released in 2022. Within just a matter of days, Samael is going to turn to ash, and there is a good chance that Danica is going to die along with him. In order to save each of their lives, she will call in every debt and favor that is owed to her. She will travel through realms, tussle with mythical creatures, and will hand over things that she values the most, even if this means playing right into Lucifer’s hands.

She never could have imagined that she would risk it all for a demon. However what Samael and Danica have is always going to be worth fighting for. Even if this means alienating their allies, ending treaties, and severing friendships. Because Samael is Danica’s now. And she protects what is hers.

“Demon’s Advocate” is the fifth novel in the “Deals with Demons” series and was released in 2022. Lucifer Morningstar took away everything from Danica. Her freedom, her powers, and her memories. Now it is her turn to take it all away from him. She will make alliances with former enemies, murder those that betrayed her, and make her grandpa regret ever learning about her existence.

Because Samael is readying their people for war. There is nothing she would not do in order to protect those that she loves. The Underking believed he could hold her captive in his castle. He is going to learn that he should not have allowed her into his world. Now she is going to burn that world to the ground. Even if that means she will burn right along with him.
