Debbie Viguié is an author of fantasy, mystery, and thrillers. She is the author of the Psalm 23 Mysteries series, the Sweet Seasons series, and the Witch Hunt series. She has also co-authored numerous series. She co-wrote the Robin Hood: Demon Bane with James R. Tuck, the Tex Ravencroft Adventures series with Scott Viguié, and the Wicked series, Crusade series, and Wolf Springs Chronicles with Nancy Holder.
Many people known Debbie’s voice from her role as a recurring character on the audio drama, Doctor Geek’s Laboratory. She enjoys writing and acting, but when she takes a break she enjoys going to theme parks and spending time with her husband.
My Brother’s Keeper is the first book in the Spy Games series. A CIA analyst named Sandra Dempsey meets her brother’s new fiancee and finds herself convinced that the woman is a terrorist. She’s worried about what to do as if she’s wrong it could ruin a wedding and shatter her family, but if she’s right then many people could die. Not sure what to do, she calls on field officer Martin to help her.
The Spice of Life is the first book in A Salty Tale Mystery series. Anise made the mistake of marrying a man who moved her across the country and then left her there in his small hometown. He disappeared and left her to run their spice shop on her own. She has no real relationships in town as many people believe that she killed him. She didn’t, but sometimes wishes that she had. She needs help at the shop so she hires a drifter to help out. The man suffers from PTSD and has issues, but he’s also quite attractive. Not long after, Anise’s life get worse when her shop is broken into a dead man is found on the floor. The sheriff wants to blame her as he was close to her ex-husband so Anise sets out to clear her name.
Now You See Me follows a woman named Opal Grant who is tired of losing people. Her mom disappeared at a young age and then her father died. She makes the decision to move across the country and live with her aunt in the house her mother grew up in. Not long after arriving she meets Malachi Hart. There is something dangerous about him and everyone at school is afraid of him, but she is intrigued. She ends up getting pulled into his world where magic is real and Mal’s enemies are dangerous. His rivals are willing to use Opal to get to him, but she’ll be no easy mark.
The Thirteenth Sacrifice is a Witch Hunt novel. Young women are dying and Boston cop Samantha Ryan is on the case. She is the right person for the job as she is one of the few who knows what the archais symbol carved into their flesh means. She is the last in a line of witches and grew up in a coven. She is uniquely qualified for the job and forms a belief that the bad witches have returned to Salem. Samantha ends up going undercover in a town obsessed with black magic while also dealing with her own terrifying past.
Kiss of Night is the first in the Kiss series. Centuries ago, Raphael was a knight who fought in the Crusades for money and to satisfy his taste for murder. He was condemned for his evil passions and hypocrisy, and now he wanders the earth as a vampire. He once denied this supernatural world existed and now he finds himself cursed by it. Raphael has been hunting that vampire for nearly a century and a battle between the two seems destined.
Unleashed is the first book in the Wolf Spring Chronicles. Katelyn McBride had her life turned upside down when her mother died and now she is looking to start fresh in Wolf Springs, Alaska. Crusade is co-written by Debbie Viguié with Nancy Holder. The story of this one sees vampires declaring war on the humans. Most are unwilling to do anything about this development, but eighteen-year-old Jenn Leitner decides to train to become a vampire hunter. It is a huge risk made riskier when she falls for Antonio, a vampire fighting on the side of humanity. The two will form a bond that transcends attraction and consummation, and leads to something much deeper. But the closer that they become to one another, the greater danger they will find themselves in. The two must work together to fight for their love and bring some light into this dark world.
The Lord Is My Shepherd is the first of the Psalm 23 Mysteries books. The book begins as Cindy’s church is getting ready for Easter while Jeremiah’s church is preparing for Passover. The preparations are going well until Cindy stumbles over a dead body in the sanctuary. Cindy is only a church secretary so this is the most exciting and shocking thing to happen in her dull life. Jeremiah is a Reformed rabbi with a dangerous past. Now, the two will find themselves working together on an investigation of the murder They will need to work fast if they hope to stop a serial killer from striking again.
