Dr. Rebecca Sharp is an author of contemporary romance novels. She is the author of the Gentlemen’s Guild series, the Winter Games series, the Country Love series, the Carmel Cove series, the Covington Security series, and the Reynolds Protective series.

The author loved quality love stories from a young age and even included a romance novel on her summer reading list when she was only in eighth grade. She did it just to see if the teacher would notice the book on the list, but surprisingly the teacher did not notice it. Having a love of this type of story and this genre of books from a young age made it inevitable that Sharp would one day try her hand at writing her own love story.

In addition to her work as an author, Sharp is also a practicing dentist who has two family dental practices. Writing and working with her dental patients takes up a lot of her time, but she still manages to find time to travel with her husband. She also enjoys cooking and snowboarding.

Archer is the first book in the Reynolds Protective series. The book follows Keira McKenna who has lived under witness protection for entire life as her father had testified against the Boston Irish mob. She has settled in Wyoming and learned to embrace her life in the small town, but her past won’t stay away forever. With that past comes a man that she could never forget. Archer Reynolds is a former Boston police officer who had to resign after a mistake. He moved home where he decided to start up his own bodyguard agency. Archer is shocked to run into a woman that he thought he’d never see again, and she’s in danger. A series of crimes in town are random to the police, but Archer knows they are mob related. He will do whatever it takes to protect her even as she isn’t sure that she can trust him. Archer will stop at nothing to keep her safe and make her his.

The Gargoyle and the Gypsy is the first book in the Sacred Duet. Quinton is obsessed with revenge and avenging the death of his mother. He doesn’t have time for anything else in his life as he seeks to destroy the one who took away his mother. He makes his home in Notre Dame where he is the protector of the sacred cathedral. Esme comes to Notre Dame to do her work making 3D images of historical buildings. Coming here is a dream come true, but she finds herself putting work on the back burner when she comes into contact with Quinton. The two share a connection much deeper than they realize, but the Gargoyle will need to get past his darkness if things are going to work out for them.

Betrayed is the first book in the Covington Security series. Addison Williams had to die to save her own life six years ago. She made the decision to start over and she has never looked back. That all changes when an interview she does to promote her business goes viral and bad things start happening. The ones she wanted to get away from have found her and she’ll have to turn to the only man she can trust. He’s the same man who helped her fake her death in the first place. Ace Covington knows the situation is serious when she shows up. He wants to protect her from all the trouble, but she insists on being part of the investigation. He’ll do whatever it takes to protect her and show her that she will always be safe with him.

The Covington Security series continues with Bribed. Lennon Love Clarke is a famous actress who is on a downturn. She needs to put on a good show because dealing with the tabloids is easier to deal with than the truth. She hires Covington Security who send Dante Lozano to protect her. He’s very attractive which makes him the company’s most popular security specialist. He finds Lennon wandering along the highway where she is refusing her help. She doesn’t know who to trust and that includes Dante, but there are threats coming from a stalker and she needs help. They make a deal where she will cooperate as long as it doesn’t get personal. The latter will prove to be a lot harder than the former!

First Impressions is the first book in the Passion and Perseverance series. Beth Bennet has seen her PR career skyrocket thanks to her drive and dedication. Now, she gets a call from her father who needs her help selling his law firm. It seems like it should be rather easy, but the buyer makes it hard. The draw of keeping her family’s legacy alive is strong and the draw of Eli may be even stronger. Will she run from her fears once again? Or will she stick around and fight for a better future?
