Earth Chronicles
Earth Chronicles is a non-fiction series by Zecharia Sitchin. The series attempts to explain the origin of humanity on earth and starts by outlining the critical theories about creation while highlights some of their shortcomings. The author then goes ahead to describe his opinion that we are genetically modified individuals made by the extraterrestrial aliens from the 12th Planet, otherwise known as the Nibiru planet. This continues with explanations about heaven and man’s quest for immortality, and the battles that have happened throughout history. Sitchin’s narrations are intriguing, and his research makes the books even more engaging.

The 12th Planet
The 12th Planet in the first book in the Earth Chronicles series. According to this story, the origin of life on earth points to the existence of extraterrestrials who were our world’s first inhabitants. The aliens from Nibiru visited earth of a Gold finding mission. It is then that they decided to create genetically engineered individuals whose primary job was to toil for them.

According to Zecharia Sitchin, Nibiru planet is the 12th Planet on the solar system, and it orbits the Sol after 3600 years. The planet, close to Neptune orbits the earth in a slit-like way which explains why astronomers have been missing it. It is also responsible for pushing earth close to the sun as well as creating a satellite belt. This Planet is home to creatures we now know as gods. These beings were not only smarter, but they were also advanced enough to be able to create the current inhabitants of planet earth.

The first part of the book draws the reader towards ancient civilization. The author observes and interprets ancient texts. He uses these texts to build a solid argument on his theory. The author also goes a step further to explain the misinterpretations that have led to confusion regarding the documents. The other half outlines his approach and goes into the details on why it makes sense. This book treats creation stories as facts. The author takes stories in the old testament, and skillfully explains what each of these writings means. The hypothesis is that the aliens from the Nibiru planet created humans in their likeness.

Sitchin is an ancient script interpreter and archeologist. His writing comes with actual translations of clay tablet writings, old scripts, and religious scriptures. To give the reader a grasp of what is happening at different stages, the author also provides actual pictures as well as historical sights. From his writing, it is clear that this is an area he understands well. Sitchin is also able to write the interpretations in a way that all can understand.
The 12th Planet is a fascinating read for religious and unreligious people alike. Even those who do not agree with Sitchin’s theory appreciate the depth the author has gone in explaining the origin of man on earth. The author writes a compelling narrative and uses enough historical evidence to support his argument. For some, this book answers some of the questions they have on the origin of humankind. For others, this is a fascinating read that combines historical details and science fiction. While this is not a book you can read in one sitting, the theory is thought-provoking, and writing is captivating from the first page.

Are you looking for a thrilling read that will make you rethink about the origin of humanity on earth? This book is a perfect choice. To date, the book has been translated into more than twenty-five languages meaning that you can find it in a language to you understand.

The Stairway to Heaven
The Stairway to Heaven is the second book in the Earth Chronicles. In this book, Zecharia Sitchin delves into specifics on what is termed as the Land of the Gods. The author takes a keen interest in the Egyptian pyramids and the roles that they served in ancient times. Sitchin uses both ancient artifacts and recent archeological discoveries to argue his point and explain his explanations. While some may not agree with his theories, the author backs his statement up with information passed down generations either through religion or folktales.

Zecharia Sitchin starts this book with a writeup on humankind’s search for immortality. Starting from the Tree of Life, man has sought solutions that could make him live forever. According to the bible, the first humans disobeyed their creator because they wanted to live forever. Thanks to the insatiable quest for immortality, nearly all cultures have legends on this and the attempts their ancestors made to increase their longevity. Sitchin looks at the different myths starting with the Biblical and Egyptian legends to Middle Eastern stories in this intriguing copy, and draws comparisons among them. After that, the author discusses the cultures that claim they have immortal ancestors and explains why all these stories have many similarities.
According to the author, the place where immortality is in most legends points back to the Sinai Peninsula or the Annunaki spaceport location. To support his argument, Sitchin points out the architecture in Egypt that cannot be recreated to date even with modern equipment. In his theory, the Nibiru astronauts built the pyramids, and these were designed for their rocket ships. Sitchin explains how the constructions were done from the pyramids to the ancient cities in the Middle East and country like Greece. The author describes these in so much detail, making it clear that he did his homework before making his conclusions. It is indeed true that most of these monuments remain a wonder to many. There are always questions on how the people credited for building them were successful even when they only had primitive tools.

One of the ancient figures that feature in this book is Moses. According to the author, the staff that Mosses carried in the bible wasn’t a stick at all. The device had lighting coming from it, and the author concludes that this was a teleportation device. The Big and tall mountain also highlighted in the bible is a space ship.

The Stairway to Heaven is an intriguing book that follows up on some of the points highlighted in the 12th planet book. This book a is perfect if you are looking for a book that will stretch your imagination and offer an alternate theory about the origin of man. Just like its predecessor, the writing flows well and comes with some of the most mind-blowing ideas present today.
